Casa Mariolas is a great place to stay in Manteigas. Great view from the rooms. The very hospital hosts Daniela and Paulo are probably the best person around Manteigas to give advise on hiking, climbing, mountaineering etc We spend some wonderful days with them incl a climbing excursion!
➜ Quality / price excellent for a rural house in this environment. Has some amazing views! The breakfast is abundant and diversified, with some cheeses from the area delicious. The area is ideal for walking, tracking, jogging… and generally any type of mountain sports. The owners Paulo and Daniela are extraordinary, very pedientes in all the time, attentive to details, very good hosts! We liked it so much, that we decided at the last moment, to stay two more days. Super recommended!
