Good quality for price. Very nice staff!

The location is quite central and very quiet. In 10 minutes you get to the center and to the port. Very nice staff. The décor was quite dated in both the room and the bathroom. The bathroom had the bathtub with the curtain to take a shower. One day we were not redone the room, we did not warn so I do not know what problem there could have been (we went back to the hotel after lunch for 1 or 2 hours putting out the sign not to disturb for the time we stayed in the room, maybe it depended on it)

Discreet hotel, without infamy and without praise, the rooms are clean and functional, but not particularly nice. However I recommend it for value for money.

The room is simple but very confy for a short stay. Price was fair. It was clean and smelling good. The bed is a plus. Check in was short and right. It is well located and there are many restaurants around. There is an elevator. The street is a bit noisy but the window is good.

Unhelpful staff's reply when asked what to do in area, they replied: nothing to do and not to walk around after midnight because it is not safe. Fridge and air conditioning not working. Neither of the 2 rooms I rented were clean. The single uncovered light bulb in front of the mirror in the bathroom looked like I was in a hotel room that was rented by the hour. Breakfast that they offer guests like any other BW was "not included" and there would be an added charge that there was no mention of at booking. Overall, not up to the standards of what you would expect from a Best Western from a quality or professional stand point. I will also point out, the checkout clerk, when I approached her with my concerns, dared me to leave that info in a survey. So I am happy to accommodate, something they have not learned to do.

Very good location, staff very available. Clean hotel. Damage to the soundproofing of the rooms (fight or frolics) and the dogs of the neighborhood.

I didn't like it. The room is good, but they fail in the parking lot, just 5 seats and you have to do a thousand maneuvers to park. Breakfast Justito, Justito. I'm not coming back.

The location is convenient, 15 minutes from the airport, and a 10 minute walk to the center. It is not at the level of the Best westerns already visited, I think it deserves more than 2/3 stars. The staff is very helpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast is plentiful The rooms need a lot of maintenance, I'm not always redone and this has disturbed me a bit. Very slow internet connection.

Wonderful hotel and great English speaking staff. Everything you'd expect from a American hotel, lots of room in the room and a big private bathroom with a tub and shower. Great location close to the sites and walking distance to local resurants, grocery store, laundry mat and all the cities sites.

This is a very good hotel, the staff are excellent and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is of the same high standard. It is a 10 minutes walk from Faro centre and the town market is 5 minutes walk away where there are some excellent restaurants and a good supermarket.

Relatively cheap and placed just outside the old town. Very friendly staff. Clean and fresh rooms. Some details cry for some maintenance (shower fixtures e. G. ) but it's a nice place overall. Basic breakfast included. Kettle in the room with some tea and pulver coffee.

Great place to stay. Very kind staff and good rooms. Clean & tidy. With free Wi-Fi, a bit slow but it's free. If I come to Faro again, I'll come back here.

Great hotel in the centre of Faro within walking distance to some nice restaurants (traditional Portuguese) had a great steak Portuguese style in a restaurant on the front of a shopping centre about 500 metres from hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom was large and very clean, bed very comfortable. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of town and the Marina, railway station and bus station. Airport is €15 taxi or only €3 and 15 minutes on the no. 16 bus. Very good value for money. Would recommend to anyone for a stay in Faro. This is my second stay here.

I stay her twice a year and feel very save. Clean rooms, Wi-Fi, free parking and within walking range of a lot of restaurants. They have an in house bar where some drinks, wine, and beer are available. Air conditioning/heating in all the rooms. Owner hands on in business. Speak multiple languages and employees are trustworthy and respectful.

Awful Wi-Fi. The place seems a bit tired but the staff are lovely, breakfast is pretty good and the bar cheap. The car park is very cramped. Don't try it unless you have a small car.

While on holiday in Albufeira my husband was suddenly taken ill and was admitted to Faro hospital. At 74 years Old I was quite frightened and felt vulnerable in a strange city with a very limited knowledge of Portuguese. I was totally overwhelmed by the kindness and care of the staff at Dom Bernardo, Fatima, Numo, and both Joama and Joama 2. I will be forever grateful for being recommended to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Standard hotel. Clean, well located and friendly staff. A little bit old, needs some updates and Wi-Fi didn t work at the first floor where we had the room.

Overnight stay for an early flight. The room was clean, everything worked fine and the staff was quite nice. It's not a very modern hotel, but it is perfectly functional and to the point. Would stay again under the same circumstances.

I was in a 4 stars that was less well at the level decor and modern I am delighted with the colors pastels with marble very nice boss J would come back.

Large and comfortable rooms, close to any transport, city centre, train station… By cons very noisy street many cars.

It is an older hotel, but it fits perfectly in the part of the city of Faro.

Great location decent value but very tired.

Came to Faro to attend a conference and brought my two small children (2 & 4) with for a mini break. From the moment I made the reservation — the service was outstanding. All my e mails to the hotel were replied to promptly. Babysitting service was arranged prior to arrival and from the moment I met the sitter, I was put completely at ease. The hotel manager, Lisa Canada was a wealth of information and we were treated by all the staff wonderfully. My children are very active but the staff took this all in their stride. We were given countless maps of places too see (and while the area itself is very small — there is lots to do). Facilities are excellent for the price charged. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Hotel is situated perfectly for exploring the old town and there are an abundance of places to eat within walking distance. I have stayed in numerous hotels and this is definitely one I would return too (minus the kids as I think the staff will need recovery time! ) I cannot fault the staff, facilities or location. Would highly recommend!
