I won't say it's a 4-star hotel but 3
We were well housed
The entrance hall is splendid, the toilets are very clean, hygiene impeccable as well as for the toilets of the restaurant, which is not the same for those of the pool
But it must be said that people are dirty!
Had a fabulous holiday at this hotel we had a one bedroom apartment it was very spacious with everything you could need it was clean except for the balcony which wasnt very clean the floor had dried bird mess on it and was still there 5 days later we asked the cleaner for a mop to clean it ourselves it was then she said she would do it which she did but by then it was beyond disgusting. Could do with a bit of maintenance here and there but nothing major.
Great value for money, very friendly staff, good location, rooms and beds very good thomas cook reps excellent would I come back to this hotel, yes.
