Cracking hotel very friendly staff.

Very friendly staff and very clean.

Take a different hotel near by! door from room to isle is noisy, yesterday was impossible to get the room done. Now it took 39 min to place a breakfastorder!

Excellent for situation and by the experience.

An amazing place to stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly. There are so many things to do at the hotel, indoor swimming, outdoor swimming, steam room, sauna, bar and a games room with a ping pong table and air hockey, with a few other bits. Breakfast has a superb buffet, enough to keep you going for the whole day. There is a choice to have an evening buffet at 26 Euros per person. I didn't opt for it as Lagos was just down the road with places to eat. I also got 5 free laps around the go kart track, but it is for 1 person per room so you would need to pay for anyone else to have a go at the same time. The price was approx. 18 Euro for 5 mins which is approx. 5 laps. On our stay someone charged food and drink to our room, but the staff sorted it. Amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Fab, spacious apartments with extras like an oven and freezer plus daily maid service! Great facilities, two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, two gyms, jacuzzi, sauna, Scottish shower and steam room. Love to return soon.

Nice rooms, poor food, still being fully commercialised… needs a few upgrades like better restaurants, greater food pool options and a Cash Point, but rooms are very nice…

Been there 4 times and surely will come back in a near future! An amazing hotel for people who are into motorized sports like myself duo to it's closeness to the track and you even wake up to the sound of engines. The staff is nice and welcoming and the rooms are excellent.

Nice, if a little bland. Staff all very helpful and polite. Food in restaurant and bar good and not (too) overpriced.

Amazing destination. Great staff and clean tidy place. Just don't forget to bring an adapter for charging use. No shops close by.

Myself and a friend stayed at the Pestana Algarve Race as we were taking part in a trackday at the Portimao Circuit. The hotel is right next to the circuit which is great at the end of a long day. The whole hotel complex is spaciously laid out with plenty of parking. The hotel and the rooms were excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be staying again when next at the circuit.

Very nice Hotel with a staff in the small care.

Great modern hotel away from everything, except the racetrack. You can hear the distant buzz of the racetrack and karting track but nothing to loud. You would need a car if you want to see other things. Even the nearest supermarket is 20 mins away. But it has stunning scenery and all the facilities for a relaxing holiday. The hotel and apartments are modern and high standard. The breakfast is quite sufficient and buffet dinner is attractive with the free beer included option!. Snacks are also served during the day. The spa is excellent and very relaxing. All in all a great place to stay with family or groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

Really close to Portimao Circuit, great swimming pool and spa.

The staff tries to cheat where it goes, breakfast was paid directly on the first day by credit card you will still be asked to pay cash again at checkout. I just said that I go to the car and get the bill, already clarified the thing strangely by itself the same happens during the afternoon, this was paid directly by the organizer, one is nevertheless asked to pay again in cash.
So beware, these unsustainable fraudulent activities are not sustainable.
We had a 3 room apartment + kitchen + 2x bathroom and there is only 1x heating. Say the place is cold.

Very modern, good, quiet but if I'm not mistaken we were only 4 customers! To be reviewed when there will be more stress for employees. Now very attentive and available!

Nice quiet hotel with many services (bar Gym Sauna…)

Apartment with beautiful finish, cleaning done every day, two swimming pools outside an interior, the only concern is that we are a little far from everything.

Fantastic location, quiet and relaxing.

If you are going to the track then this hotel is perfect. 10/10.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great spa facilities.

I would never go back to this hotel. The service is mediocre, the aparthotels are dirty, the accesses badly or nothing illuminated at night, the p. Iscina, the spa and the buffets do not come close to, the, five-star category that is awarded, the hotel. And if this wasn't enough, it's in the middle of nowhere, overlooking Mount Pel. Without any attractive scenery. A little or no recommended place.

Lovely moden hotel if you want something quiet and out of the way. Situated about 20 minutes north of Portimao and Lagos. Infinity pool is amazing. Staff friendly but there is a lack of consistency in service levels.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well furnished apartments. We stopped there on our way to Lisbon. We had limited options since it was high season in Algarve. It's a bit too expensive for the location if you are a tourist and I think the staff is over playing it. They are really trying hard to sell this place as a luxury hotel. Since we were tired and there is really nothing around, we went for the overpriced buffet diner. We had better food for way less money almost anywhere in Spain and Portugal. That said, the apartments are really nice and since the place was mostly empty we got some peace and quiet. The only bad thing about the apartment was that the AC is in the bedroom so if you have children or simply more then 2 people, the rest of the apartment can be a bit hot. I would give 4 stars for the apartment and 3 stars for the hotel and overall feel.
