Price/performance ratio not okay — positive — it was clean negative — an apartment without window (sliding door to the terrace) on the ground floor and without air conditioning, allso ventilation went only with open doors at night! In the small kitchen it has been stabbed when opening a kitchen door! Rust water from the water pipe fortunately only at the beginning! Virtually no parking! LG Ronald Herbst.
