Beautiful hotel in a great spot ideal for exploring the Algarve. We booked a last minute break here and it didn’t disappoint. Only down side is that two of the three swimming pool area were not in use as undergoing refurbishment and we were told on arrival the hotel was undergoing a ‘soft opening’ hence not available. Would have been nice to know this prior to our visit. Great access to the beach, nice breakfast with a superb selection. Spa was a little disappointing as the sauna was not in use, again not told until I’d paid my €5 to enter.

Good five star hotel close to the beach with huge palm trees grounds, big swimming pools and a SPA. A great choice for summer holidays.

I'm currently at the hotel. As I'm a little sick, I try to enjoy a little calm in my room before enjoying the sun. Ho well, trying. Employees are screaming in the corridors, when cleaning upstairs, looks like an elephant is running over you head. And best of all, a so called "Raggae Bar" is shouting music (ain't raggae, just low cost pop music) so loud I can hear it in my room, even if nobody gives a damn about their playslists! There are only families here (I can also hear them thanks to paperthin walls! ).

Pools good, food good and area nice. Most staff are good but some restaurant staff seem to need tips to even smile! Also they stand around blocking doorway at dinner time just talking. As a family of 5 every night we have had to put tables together to sit.

Spacious rooms and great balcony, quiet and nice place, I didn't like the restaurant dining and breakfast. Impossible to be on the beach, a lot of wind, Easter 2017.

Rooms spotless and good size, staff very welcoming and overall excellent service, a few places too eat nearby.

Hotel located on the beachfront. Breakfast very varied, dinner correct. Modern and spacious rooms, with not-so-comfortable beds (especially the sofa bed). The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good choice at a good price.

I'm currently staying at this hotel and on first impressions it is nice, has a nice breach location and it clean. However if you are hoping for a quiet nights sleep please go elsewhere as the walls in the rooms are paper thin. For several nights we have been kept up by noise from others, talking sounds like people shouting and every sound is amplified because of the poor design of the rooms. The hotel management have no clue how to handle issues and brush it off. The room we are in is a Junior suite with sea view, all rooms have a shower and the bathroom is small. There is no bathtub so parents think about how you would wash the kids. The food for kids is also very limited, the choices are burgers, chips, wraps and a buffet. No children's menu whatsoever. We asked several times. On the plus side the pools are nice, the beach is nice and clean. The local area is also nice and quiet. Go to the Vidamar as it caters for kids and has brilliant restaurants, the staff are very friendly and is quiet.

Beautiful, modern Hotel. Beautiful Views Of The Sea. Friendly, courteous staff. The bathroom of the Suite is, unfortunately, in relation to the living room is very small. Super Price-Performance Ratio. Again at any time.

Localização espectacular. Os quartos são muito bons e o staff muito simpático. Fantástico para descansar em Outubro (desconheço como é durante o verão).

Really great hotel. Would recommended to families as there are 9 pools to choose from and 3 for little kids and the water in the pools is warmer that the sea. Rooms are really spacious and with air conditioning in all rooms. I would recommend the room with sea views as its exceptionally fabulous to wake up and view the beautiful sea. Food is amazing and the choice of meat and sea food is excellent and the best pet is the desert is really tasty and high standards.

Very nice facility A modern, peaceful Hotel. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, We were in an annexe to a junior Suite. Very large with a beautiful sea view. The food was good. The beach clean. By the Pool plenty of space. We had a wonderful vacation.

Hotel and staff lovely. Very clean. Bad point is the food it is always just warm.
