Had a great stay, the room was spacious and well equipped. There was good outdoor seating areas on the balcony. The location of the hotel is excellent only a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is also a handy supermarket that is part of the hotel complex, it is well stocked. All the staff are really friendly from the hotel receptionist to the cleaner. Would definitely stay again.

We went all inclusive but had to eat and drink in the hotel next door. The room was spacious and comfortable and if we had been room only would probably have given this 5 stars. Staff in the hotel were polite and helpful and the pool area was very well appointed.

Decent hotel for the price paid, basic, slightly dated but clean, tidy and with friendly staff. Also well located.

Nice rooms, there is a winter garden, a swimming pool. 12 minutes to the sea on foot. Breakfast in a nearby hotel, but the rooms have everything for cooking.

Went for a cheap week in February hotel was dead which was ideal had the facilities to myself, hotel in general is lovely, rooms a tad dated but comfy and a short walk to the strip which is the next main street along.

Was here on the 24th april 2018 lovely room just pity beds were pushed together. Had a safe in the room a very large balcony it was great would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good offer quality price in low season (specific, in summer Prohibitive) spacious well located with a supermarket just below the Hotel Playa s Catalina a 10 minute walk and Oura beach which is a tiger nut to 5, the rooms Super large and clean, entrance Picturesque and original area of restaurants and gambling to 10 minutes walking, the only negative in summer too expensive, conting that the hotel has not been remodeled since the construction, Viva 70…

Amazing hotel, with nice faculties, amazing pool and sauna! Full equipped kitchen, but without oven (but have a microwave tho) and without soup por sponges!

Good apartments but the all inclusive was small, a bit slow, the waiters for everything and the dining room was in another hotel.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. We had all inclusive option, tasty food, fresh and many selection. Definitely will back here.

Very disappointed all inclusive is just chips for starters cheesy chips. Golden chips. Oregano chips chicken wings and onion rings. Main are burgers pizzas hotdogs … no plates only plastic plates or plastic glasses. Coffee is in a paper cup. Staff deem frustrated and are not proud to work here. Alcohol comes in plastic too. Beer is good but mixed drinks are very weak.

Great place to stay. Staff bend over backwards to help. Still get a jolly hello as I walk by.

I put a star because we can not put less. There we invite to discover a subscription to be able to travel regularly, and to allow us to think about it we "offered" a stay for 1 week for 6 people in one of their 5 star hotel. And it's my that all becomes scam. We are asked to pay the sum of 30 euros per person for administrative costs. We did it and from that moment it no longer responds to the mail. So we lost the money which makes all the same almost 200 euros and we are staying at home. Never again would I go back to their hotel.

Lovely hotel. Located near the beach and the strip. Mini tram can be bought for €5 to old town. Maids and desk people very friendly. Clean and pleasant stay.

The hotel itself is gorgeous and very spacious. The only real detractor would be that you share the bathroom space with the ants. Other than that it is a top quality stay.

Could do with a bit of an update but rooms big and beds very comfy. Enjoyed my two day stay.

A spacious comfortable and bright apartment that allows to relax with beach transport restaurants and shops nearby, all for price off season more than advantageous.

Splendid Appartahotel with mini apartments complete with everything is really good I recommend it to those who do not like to be tight. In a hotel room!

Bad hotel, Bad clean, day clean day not, what u order you not get, Disappointed. No worth it my, money, too expensive with poor quality, rooms not cleaned properly, chaos on the reception, noisy.

The hotel is very central has supermercad9 beach and entertainment area near the staff of the Buffet and cleaning very friendly but the front desk staff sees that you don't like your job don't add anything very unpleasant important to this very clean, there is a point of information, tourism dond3 the girls are a charm by the way if you are English surely you will be the only pq is a zone of German mayires and English drinkers.

Big hotel. Friendly staff and standard room is fine. Dissapointed though as we have a luvly goodsized balconywith sunbeds etc but no sun at all. Im quite happy soaking up the sun all day on the balconey but we have to go to the pool to sunbathe have tried to change rooms even upgrade but to no avai. So sad about this. This is my only gripe. So if youre booking n you want the sun do not take room 1202 in block k.

The hotel has plenty to offer a gym, spa and a pool which is not heated. The free shuttle bus to the old town is useful too. The apartments are well equipped but are only served every other day. Be aware if you have apartment facing the pool this can be noise at night when they have live entertainment.

Apartment nice abd spacious but does have an ant problem. The staff are nice. Pool area is clean and tidy.

The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment. Central air con system which is very old and does not work. Definitely not worth the money. Public areas are better, 3 star but there are much nicer places to stay in Albufeira, I would not recommend or stay here again.

A short walk from the new Town. Very big airy rooms. Obliged 23 of us on a stag do.

Building in general very abandoned, pool and gardens very well care.

The hotel is well regarding rooms that are spacious, large bathroom, all computer, the receptionist that we had was very friendly, although the pool was cold could not be used but it looked nice.
