We booked a room a month in advance overlooking the pool as being in the "March" area It would be very noisy without being able to sleep. When we arrived the entire hotel and our room overlooking the street but they fixed it with a suite. Hotel somewhat old, the perfect air conditioning. Buffet very varied and good food. At the door of the dining room is welcomed by a sergeant, but the waiter who attended us, Ibrahim, very attentive and very professional. Overall happy with the experience.

Nice and basic hotel snack in the middle of the strip of Albufeira, Portugal. Excellent location for restaurants and clubs.

Me and my family stayed here and if you're into partying till 5am then by all means book here. But if you have young children then avoid this hotel completely!. The music is just far too loud if youre in a streetside room. (although its quieter with a poolside room) the rooms itself are small and shoddy. To be honest the only thing going for this excuse of a hotel is the spacious areas around the pools. The hotel doesnt need a refurb … it needs demolishing!

Right on the strip unless your young & only meed little sleep avoid this hotel! I had the vibrations from the mumbo bar all night! Also the tiles by the poolside are broke hurts your feet! Would give this hotel 4 out of 10! Hayley from leeds.

Hotel in the heart of the city surrounded completely by the most touristic streets. The hotel is still old-fashioned and the common areas paint well, the rooms somewhat austere but clean and large bathroom. The pool was great and the breakfast buffet was good.

Nice hotel, nearby there is everything, but the windows do not overlook the disco, 10min to the beach.

It was my wifes birthday so I called in to pre — book for a romantic welcoming. They did just as I asked, they provided us with such great customer service and were very helpful at all times. Our room had an amazing view. The overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The place was very clean the staff were very friendly the breakfast was basic but still had plenty of choice the pool area was large and very well coming bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were good with a beautiful modern shower would go again and we are again in September.

Located near the main strip, lots of bars, eateries, shops, etc. Also about 10 mins from the beach. Relatively quiet, altough the sounds from the bars and clubs are obvious outside. The rooms are a good size, quite cheap furniture, but cleaned daily, the extra beds in the sitting room are quite hard, so can be difficult to sleep. Nice sized bathroom, good shower. Staff are friendly, with a night porter onsite. Pool is small, but the pool area is a sun trap in the morning.

Spacious room with balcony. The room was very good. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and meals abundant and varied. There are pools and minigolf.

Well where do I start arriver mid morning told that only one of our rooms were ready so we said OK that's fine we will leave our cases in the room that was ready went to room and for my teenage sons was a double bed very basic but looked clean enough a few hours later we got our room which was very small no drawer space whatsoever we had street view on bottom floor which we found the hotel was empty so why did we have to wait so long for other room. Street view was bad idea as once the music starts on the strip the noise is absolutely horrendous it goes on the whole night till 4 am then the music stops everyone goes next door to the carry out and the shouting doesn't stop till about 5 am have to keep your bedroom door closed for noise but the Air con didn't work so room ended up like a sauna. This was about 15 foot from our room. The outlook from rooms was disgusting in hotel all the old bathroom furniture was left lying outside my son's room. The food was OK was enough selection especially at breakfast time only problem was the tableclothes were never changed so we're filthy they just put the napkins on top of the dirty tables food could have been hotter. Pool area looked nice but was never cleaned. Think this hotelink would maybe suit 18-30 stag or hen parties.

Great hotel, traditional Portuguese stile, can be loud if on the side where the strip is. But ask for a pool view and all sorted.

I loved this hotel, the pool view was definitely worth it. My issue was that you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you, especially toilets flushing. Luckily most people were quiet so I was still able to get a good night's sleep. I loved being able to walk down to the beach and you couldn't hear anything from the nightclubs outside.

Its a realy relaxed place great staff will do anything for you. Class swiming pool. Nice and clean spot rite in the strip. Everyting on hand. Pubs, clubs shops resturants. Beach is a 5 min walk a way but you can get a tuk tuk if yr lazy… And a wicked beach when you get there. Could not fault this place.

Nice hotel with great view. Make sure to book the pool side there on the street at night noisy. Good location for beaches and exit. Friendly staff. Great room.

Is OK to sleep but depends on which side the road to the street is not so good because there is the party mile and on the other side is the pool where there is quiet nice staff and good service.

The hotel is fine. Very good free buffet, variety of salads to choose from and meat and fish varied every night. In addition a couple of nights used grills to roast the meat and the fish. The food is freshly made. The only downside that the hotel has is that it is in the middle of the pubs area so according to where the room is oriented, I heard a lot of music and fuss. The pool was huge but should be cleaner.

The location is the only good thing. Cheap but quite horrible. Have been to many hotels of these same category but this was one of the worst. A fail in almost every way.

We were 5 and the fifth bed was impossible to sleep in it-Bad presence-they gave Us the keys to the apartment around 6 pm-the silence was Not respected at night by the neighbors of the apartment, impossible to sleep.
-Poor cleanliness The only positive thing I would highlight is the location of the apartments.

Burglary, dirt, volume-Never again!
A week ago I was with my sister for 5 nights at the Hotel Belver da Aldeia and it will have been under warranty the last time. The proximity to the beach is great, the staff is friendly and those who only come to the party to Albufeira and do not have much on comfort is certainly well advised with this hotel. That it would be louder at night because of the party mile, we knew in advance and with Ohropax, the whole was also reasonably tolerable.
But what is not at all is the dirt in the hotel. Even the fresh towels were spotty. But you can still overlook it. However, we stayed in an apartment near the pool, which could be reached in the evening only via the party street. This means that everyone has access to the hotel complex, as this is not completed. The first morning there was a drunken man on our terrace, which was barely awake.
But the climax came last night. While we slept, someone broke into our apartment through the patio door and stolen various things. We set the break-in early in the morning at half past six, as we had to transfer to our airport. We reported to the gentleman from the reception. We should have called the police, but we had to go to the airport. I wrote an email to the hotel and complained. After a week, however, there was still no answer.
Those who do not value cleanliness and safety, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Rooms are basic. No self catering facilities. Very little storage space. As others have said, it's dated and in need of a facelift. Good sized bathroom and clean, although we had a problem with ants. On the top floor. And the cleaners are not as thorough as we would like. Didn't clean surfaces in the room. Hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurants. Everything is right outside. Even a supermarket across the road. Only a short walk to the beach. Local night life goes on into the early hours, but rooms with pool view are quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but nice. There is a large pool and a separate smaller pool for children. Lots of sun bathing area around the pool. Overall good value for the price. We would probably stay again.

Excellent location if you are looking for hustle and bustle, very close to the beach, pretty nice and with good quality in the food, but the maintenance should improve, dirty pool, broken elevator and the mattresses and the TV carry in the hotel too long, going Needing reform.

Little variety of food, hotel old, bathroom super small in the lavavo you hit the shower, the worst of all super bad mattresses you nail the piers at least in the havitacion that we played next to nightclubs where you can not sleep because the music is up to CE RCA from 5 a. M. Ask for Havitacion to the side of the pool we asked to be changed and asked us 10 euros per day Cogedla at the time of arrival. The best no doubt the treatment received very friendly all the staff and all very clean but I will not return.

Looking at previous reviews I did hold out much hope that this hotel would be very good but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are very basic, literally bed and drawer space but thats to be expected for the price. The place is very clean and tidy and the rooms are kept at a good standard. The staff were very nice and friendly. Regarding the noise, we have pool view room (thankfully other rooms literally on the strip) the party scene goes on until around 5am/6am depending on the day so can imagine you will have little/no sleep in a strip facing room. The noise in the pool facing room was tolerable, all you mainly here is the bass so if you need silence to sleep this is definitely not the place for you. There are a lot of 'club goers' that stay here due to the location so you do get people shouting around at gone midnight but most of the time dealt with by staff if too excessive. The pool is lovely although trying to get a sun bed can be a challenge, people like to reserve them in the morning so if you want a pool day best get down there nice and early. The breakfast was ok, basic continental, was all thoroughly cooked so cant complain. Hotel could do with updating but for you get what you pay for, a fridge would be very helpful in the room to keep drinks cool. Other than that its a good hotel for cheap holiday away.

The hotel is in a prime location for tourism purposes, right in the center of town, only a 5 min 650m walk to the beach. This is overshadowed a bit by the fact that its the strip, so come evening time, its very loud and there are thousands of drinkers up and down the strip. The noise is very bad if you are in a strip facing room, but much more tolerable if you have a pool facing room. I am a heavy sleeper so was indifferent even though in a pool room. There is loads of things to do in town, from water activities, bars & resturants, lovely beach and much more. There are also plenty of supermarkets open till late and all night for the party scene to take advantage of if needed. The hotel itself is fine, rooms are a little dated but appear taken care of. Staff are polite. There is a large pool and sunbathing area out back along with mini golf and tennis court. They provide free breakfast, which unless you are early is a free for all buffet. Dinner is a single 3 course menu and charged pp.

Customers relocated in other dirty and dilapidated rooms, noisy and smelly.
Reservations are made in advance and despite everything on arrival the service (if you can name it like that) is the customer's head according to the mood.
Staff very unpleasant.

Noisy and unaccustomed, who has the room on the street side, it has at night especially noisy through several nightclubs. For young people, this noise is certainly tolerable but a torment for elderly and peace-seeking people.

I do not understand the negative comments of some people we are a group of 15 people all satisfied with the good treatment the excellent food the rooms comfortable respect wing quality does not correspond with the very cheap price sure we will return.

This hotel is very mediocre! If you are going to spend a relaxing holiday then go your way. This is the most noisy hotel! It is located on a large street with only bars and nightclub. After a sleepless night we asked to leave, they offered us a room on the pool side at 10 euros the extra night that we had to accept (Thomas Cook has not accepted the refund) he rents from the M…!. Then the following nights the holidaymakers who partied very late, completely drunk; Sung, howled in the hallways of the hotel to the point of emptying the fire extinguisher in this hallway. A completely wasted holiday! Thank you Thomas Cook…

I would not recommend it.

My girlfriend and I were there last 5 days. When we arrived we were really super disappointed. The hotel had come down and everywhere it was filthy. Everything in the backyard was full of rubbish. In the room we had on the balcony not even light instead of hanging open cables from the lamp. Towels were changed only every two days and even the fresh towels were franzed and were filthy. The bedding was never changed even though we had blood stains on it from the beginning. The bathroom was never cleaned properly, there were still some black hair in the shower that definitely didn't come from us. The furniture that was in there was already torn. The food there you can forget, nothing has tasted and where we were sitting in the bushes served dirty, tin foil and empty liquor bottles. I give the one star also only for the surroundings, the hotel is 5 min from the beach and directly next to it is the party mile. Despite everything, I would not recommend this hotel. Please do not be influenced by the photos on the internet, because they do not look like in reality.

Dear. N is not at the height of the 3 stars. Room not clean, dirty towel, bad condition inside. Not worth the price nor the stars but very good holiday and Albufeira is a beautiful place.

The rooms of the apartments are old and smell of closed.

Poor coordination at the front desk. Rooms shattered the pool dirty, we had to go to the 14 hours and we were out 50 minutes with excuses and explanations, silly, personal, with very little professionalism, although one that tries to save the situation. Don't care about maintaining order and respect for coexistence. Guests annoying "disrespectful". Drunk@s until the early hours of the day making noise. In the end it is a shame that a hotel so well located, is in such a bad state. They also have a number of ways that they have abandoned. As it may be possible to give us some keys of a apartahotele tell us that this was ours and the surprise when you open it was to find that it was already occupied. Then give us another, which was not what we had contracted totally destroyed and dirty. My girl demanded immediately that we place you into one with the features that it contract for the web page, at the end, after 50 long minutes, we were able to rest of a trip of more than eight hours. Total staff did not come back to this hitel. I hope that this review will serve to the managers of this hotel as well located, you do something to improve.

Horrible! We had booked 5 days with 4-year-old boy. The room old to more not to. He air not works a heat horrible, went to upload fan and never arrived, the music in the street to them 5, fights to them 8 of it tomorrow desperate us went. Not there or fridge and TV from my grandmother.

Nice big rooms, but not very clean. You can coock yourselves and its located in a nice quiet place.

Our first hotel on our first trip to Portugal. We like the hotel and the city of Albufeira. Looking forward to returning.

Worst appertement I ever been, the housekeeper is not polite and a moneythief. He is 'stealing' money with saying that there are missinge objects of the inventory list even if we did not had enough forks to eat with four people.

The first day we had to change the room from a close-up on a higher floor and they put on the third. The exposure of our room faced East — the strip side. The rooms were cleaned daily, the furniture in the room was dated and the bathroom has a more modern look. All rooms have a small terrace, perfect for a late night to watch The Strip accompanied by a drink. Breakfast had a wide selection with brioche. I do not recommend the coffee, but the chocolate and milk are yummy. In 10 min. From the beach and 5 min. From from from train-shuttle that takes you to the old town. The staff were friendly, helpful and competent. I recommend it to everyone.
