Simply excellent. This is a fabulous hotel, not just because of the comfortable beds, beautiful pool & loungers, luxurious toiletries & stylish interior. This hotel is really special because of their staff. I have never experienced more friendly, helpful people who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. This enthusiasm is infectious and ensures the atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and comfortable. The open kitchen at the heart of the restaurant is excellent where you can see all the food being prepared and even chat with the chefs. They offer free sessions in the kitchen to discover how to fillet fish or chicken or how to make good use out of yesterday’s bread — super interesting. Special thanks must go to Liliana who couldn’t do enough to help us — so kind, thoughtful and friendly. Thank you for a great holiday!

We had a great stay, the hotel is lovely and we had a wonderful time. The restaurant is great, I was a bit hesitant eating there due to the reviews but it was not that expensive and the food was great (except the couvert, not sure what they do to their bread but it was old and chevy). As most people mentioned, the staff is young and mostly inexperienced however there more than make up for it with their great attitude. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Wonderful place with a great view and with good location. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated, as downside the fact that you don't have any doors inside the room, yes including the lue… There are things that should be private. The staff is very friendly but clearly very junior, they have the right attitude but lack on experience. The restaurant once again is well decorated, with a lot of space between tables and thumbs up to have an open view to the kitchen. But clearly the food quality it's not exactly at the same level of the prices (paid 44€ for a stiff octopus, completely dry chicken and a so so pizza), its clearly overpriced for the quality provided. My advise is to choose other restaurants around Santiago do Cacém it's easy to find better quality with lower prices, the wine list is also very limited with average wines but again overpriced. The cocktails are good but comon… 20€ for a floral GVine with fever tree? Ridiculous. The swimming pool is very good, always with the water at a good temperature. Another positive note for the bonfire at the end of the day around the tables outside. A place with great potential but with a lot improvement opportunities.

An architecture and a calm that alone are worth the detour. Very helpful staff without being obsequious. Restaurant very decent. Rooms a little small but comfortable. To remember.

The Hotel was great. The restaurant too. Both with more ambition than results. They Want to be exclusive and wonderful but they stay in a 4 star hotel and a restaurant "I want and I can't".
In The End a dessert that takes 15 minutes has taken almost 50. What a mess.

We ate very well there. The hotel has a wonderful location. The ambience is modern and communicative. The kitchen is open and part of the restaurant. The service has air up, more kindness and 5 points would have become it.

One of the best hotels I've ever met. With exquisite taste, the treatment, the space, design, decoration, views, comfort, food, I run out of adjectives … I stay here very often for work and it's like getting home after a hard day… Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so ate. Totally recommendable. A 10 to a whole, especially to the team. The staff is even above the place. Thank you.

I restaurant is very good, the food is delicious. However, it is a little bit expensive. The restaurant is an open space with a view for the reception and has an exit to the garden and the pool which is used by the guests to access outside. Too little "privacy" for those who are having dinner/lunch. The hotel is charming and very well decorated. However, the temperature in the hallways is unstable and cold. The pool is nice and there's always fresh water with fruit flavour available and free of charge.

Great room, good restaurant (yet expensive) and great staff.

Excellent Hotel. Very spacious and light. Staff could not have been more helpful and speak good English. Cookery & wine workshops were both good fun and informative.

Stayed here only for one night with my wife and daughter and decided to book a family room (2 connecting rooms) instead of a suite. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, great attention to detail and amazing views to Santiago Town.
The hotel is quite new, modern, very well maintained garden, nice pool area and all has a "clean" look.
All the staff I interacted with were very professional and kind. The general manager (Joaquim) was discreetly all around to ensure that all guests were getting the best possible attention and service.
The restaurant has an interesting concept but having an online menu on the website would be very helpful and could also attract non staying guests to go for just a meal.
In conclusion, a quite stylish place which you won't find anything like it in the area.
Will I return? Definitely yes!
PS: In the rooms, the large mirror next to the bed can lead to very romantic and sexy moments, so, couples in love… you'll love it!

I'm giving this place 3 stars rather than 5, because the AC for the first floor was not working (apparently for a while) and we were only told after we checked in, as we entered the room (no advance notice whatsoever), and their solution to this problem was to book another hotel for us. I was disappointed since we booked our stay about 2 months in advance and thought perhaps they could have given us another room on other floors where the AC was actually functioning. We decided to brave the heat and stay, but ended up getting almost cooked in the room. We were only offered water to stay cool! Aside from the AC issue, the rooms have anything you can ask for including universal wall outlet. Food was good too. The Wi-Fi would only work in the lobby and won't work in the rooms.

Amazing hotel! The design and decoration are fresh and disruptive, the cooking and nature concept is very characterised and widespread in every detail and the food is just great! Special word to the staff — always helpful, kind and extremely friendly! Thank you very much for this great experience, I will come back for sure :)
