We were there for a few days in winter. The hotel is modern, everything is clean and the staff very nice. The suns are beautifully designed, but they could be hotter. The pool is nicely large, but it could be warmer here as well. The food was very tasty and also as a vegetarian you found something. A larger selection would of course also be very nice. But we highly recommend it!

We were satisfied! The rooms have a reasonable size were clean! Unfortunately, the rain shower defect that should be changed! The breakfast buffet was enough for everyone!

Rooms were ok, but the food and staff was HORRIBLE.

Very nice hotel, just a one way street from the Baltic Sea. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The pool area is very nice. The only thing that bothered me was the many kids in the pool. As an adult, it was only possible to swim a few laps in the morning at 7am. I am the mother of four children… But I want to do wellness without. It was a child-free pool time. Otherwise really great. But also not so cheap!

The most beautiful hotel, the best food, incredibly dear staff. Great spa, very soothing. Were very satisfied and would go back any time.

So that not everything is put into the wrong light, here only the negative: 3rd day there and despite two-time communication at the reception, the bathrobes were not deceived against bigger ones! Just good that we have our own!

4 star hotel with small swabs. The additional name "Medical Spa" should not be taken literally. Very good is the food, the service is not perfect, but anxious and friendly. The fitness area is, however, underground, devices without manual and, for example, broken.

Is highly recommended. Price-performance is ingenious.

You could sometimes smell the food from the restaurant inside the room on the first floor. Very small swimming pool. Nice, friendly service. Free sunbeds and beach towels. Fantastic view terrace on the hotel roof from where you can see all the city and beautiful sea.

I stayed in another hotel but used the spa, such as massage, manicure and pedicure. Very nice staff and separate cabins. The instruments were all sterile packed.

The hotel offers high standard and good service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Since at least German is spoken in the reception, the communication is easily possible. Our room was clean, spacious and well soundproofed. In the house there are several saunas, a small indoor pool and the possibility to use various massage offers. The breakfast is attractively sorted and of good quality. In the rooms there are plenty of sockets, so that our technology could always be well loaded;-) Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The parking is a bit limited — offer directly at the hotel. However, in about 100m distance there is an additional parking space — unfastened.

All expectations were exceeded. Magnificent location of the hotel and an all-round pampering package for the whole family. The food and service is recommended.

Beware rip off.
We were 29.112.2107 until 3.1.2018 with a New Year's Eve arrangement at this hotel.
Positive: good and pleasant rooms, good spa department negative: Everything else, totally overpriced, agreed services (kitchen and spirit tasting) were simply not provided, the kitchen has nothing to do with the great Polish cuisine, as well as the Kitchen crew came after our research from Estonia. Every German hospital canteen offers better food. The kitchen team totally demotivated. Template shells, were either cold, or it cooked the food in it. The plate warmer was never turned on until one day, so the plates were boiling hot that day. On demand, whether after 25 minutes of empty scrambled eggs could be redefined, one received an angry response.
The New Year's Eve ball was a disaster. Over 200 people were crammed into the dining room at long narrow tables with far too few service forces. The promised greeting remained out of nowhere there was a beat at the buffet, which meandered through the hall. The food on a unspeakable level. It was only when we asked for the promised music to be played at some point. We could not eat any more because the tables were served with "eroded" plates. The demonstrations were not to be traced, as there was a column in the room right there. Even a repeated enquiry after the management did not bring any success. As we learned the next day, the director celebrated with and was "out of service".

Good spa hotel with nice pool. The massages were average. Rooms big and comfortable. Could me little more modern. Quiet location. In winter there are not many places around to go. Beach bar next to hotel has nice foods and drinks if you don't wanna eat in hotel. Hotel food is also nice in half board and always has different varieties.

The food is great. You can relax super. Parking spaces available just way too tight.

The Hotel I can recommend without reservation. The Buffett in the morning and in the evening is good, in the evening, regional dishes, not found in D, else on the menu. The Wellness area is good and included. (bathrobes and towels). To the beach it are a few meters, not suitable for wheelchair users.

We have family room with two toilets and balcony unfortunately with view on backyard with dung buckets where from time to time, dining room is quite cool and after some messages to staff finally the air conditioning turned off — one is properly frozen at the Meals. The breakfast rolls are unfortunately mushy, baguette pretty pale for that the rest really extra Class! Almost all of staff nice and friendly.

Really bad massages. Masseurs were unfocused, kept looking at cellphone, even after I told them to stop. Unprofessional. Staff doesn't speak English.

The hotel was super as the rooms and the staff, everything to our satisfaction, Wi-Fi is also room for improvement.

Hotel is really great, food great, service friendly. Reception in German. Comprehensive wellness offer.
