➜ I can't recommend this hotel in any way!
I've experienced a lot in my life. The highlight so far was today at maximus spa.
The manager let us out of the hotel after dinner.
The reason was a sneeking on my part at dinner, caused by pepper on tomatoes + cucumbers!
This took guests as an opportunity to write a complaint.
I was diagnosed with an acute COVID-19 disease without any demand and without medical findings. What an immense audacity!?
Added to this was the extremely unfriendly communication as we were informed that we as guests are undesirable and that we should leave the hotel immediately in order not to disturb the Hotel Frieden any further. What is the hotel management?
Here guests denounce other guests (which alone is unbelievable) and the hotel is solely on the side of the denunciants!?
Respect, hospitality and gratitude (which you trust the hotel as guests even in difficult times — we call ourselves regular customers) look completely different!
Since what was behind the ejection can happen to anyone, a booking should be considered very carefully! The risk of experiencing the same thing cannot be ruled out at all!
