It's a business centre. Nice new building and the office I visited was pleasant.

Good location, a lot of companies and very bad with a parking. Very limited parking options in surroundings. All existing are painfully expensive (~3 PLN for half an hour) and occupied by the 8-9AM. They are trying to solve this with a car pooling and promoting public transportation, but still this problem exists.

Place lacks general info posters or anything, so looking for specific company means running around and asking security in every building. There are frequent power outages.

The tallest tower has a weird system operating lifts which seems to follow a crazy kind of logic. Apart from that, your typical, modern office park — could be anywhere in the world.

The place to be for all big companies, near the university of Gdansk. The place where are working a lot of people's and where you can enjoy the smell of the CO2 in the air due to the permanent traffic jam. Very difficult to reach and when I say difficult it's not because there is no public transports but they are not well thinked. For example try to reach Borkowo at the limit of Gdansk and Oliwia… good luck and count sometime nearly two hours!

I've worked in OBC for almost two years and it's been a notably strange experience. It feels strange to rate a business park at all, but it really has earned its two star rating. Despite being one of the more renowned new business parks in Gdańsk, their business practices leave something to be desired. They have been known to push smaller businesses into less desirable offices to make appeals to big companies to set up shop in Gdańsk. The ongoing construction during business hours is a nuisance a and a hazard, since barricades and walkways are often constructed during the business day after employees are already walking under operating cranes and machinery. There's also a lack of urgency on the part of management when it comes to maintenance. When the automatic revolving doors went out in the winter, they made their security attendants stand and constantly push them when employees would come in. That went on for two weeks. As far as restaurants and shops, there are few. I admit that they've done a better job recently of attracting new businesses, but it's a zero sum game as old favorites leave to make room for the new.
