Hi there.
I've been trying to enjoy the time in this particular hotel for about Last 3to 4 years. (e. G. The September around 4 to 5 weeks).
tonighti have experienced the worst possible by accusations by drinking to much! I have been pulled on to the side by security (away from the playground where my daughter was looking after kids left by there parents) enjoying the best time ever. Such as I was warned by security that they will call authority to deal with me and my daughter. This is not the first time with the accusations the hotel has used against to the costumer making it feel really bad by trying to enjoy the stay.

Good value for money! Beautiful location… but hardly any german knowledge… You should be able to speak English a bit…

I've been there for the third time now. Simply gorgeous here. The service the food and all other areas, are all worth 5 stars plus. Unfortunately today is departure.

Food was always top and close to the beach, unfortunately last day today.

I was here on a business trip in 2015 and decided I must come back. So now I spent 4 days here. Room, Food, Service, everything was just as great as I remembered.

If you like the special, you are in the best place. The indoor + outdoor pool facilities, the quality of breakfast, food and hotel, an experience. Not quite cheap but price value.

The club on Saturday night was awful. DJ was awful and had no customer experience. I will not come back.

Great hotel for families with children.
We also felt very comfortable even though we didn't have any children with us.

From the start on arrival with a rude surly car park attendant I got a bad impression of this place — this attitude was reflected at reception who wouldn’t check us in as we were 26 minutes too early! Breakfast spread is excellent however staff take an age to clear plates and all have long faces — things can only get better.

We were there for the 2nd time as a couple without small children. It was again very nice, great rooms, great service and excellent food. Unfortunately I lack a place in the hotel where you can enjoy your peace and quiet even without children.
For families with children, this hotel is highly recommended. There are a lot of offers for children — that's very nice.
We will come next time at a time when there are no holidays, because this hotel is definitely worth our long journey.

My family booked a apartment here for three weeks. Since we were staying for that long, we decided to buy a aqua park pass. It is very nice. When you enter, you get a bracket with a RFID tag attached, which in my opinion are not easily put on. You scan your bracket to go through a turnstile. Which leads to the changing room. First there is a locker room where you can put all of your belongings. They are locked with the bracket as well. You can change in the booths which have doors that lock. To actually get into the pool, you must enter a male or female shower room/restroom. When you do get in, the water is nice and warm. If you purchased the VIP pass, you have the option of entering the salt pool and saunas, both of which are very nice. If you are staying here for a week or two, give it a try!

Great service, special food changes every day. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good location close to both the beach and city, great food, brilliant service all for a reasonable price. Gym with everything one needs on vacation. Only downside is that during the high season it can be tricky finding a parking space and it's not included in the price.

During our stay there was a Veranstalltug which was very loud and could be heard in our room.
After a quick question, we got a bigger cinnamon without any problems.
Conclusion; we were very impressed by this hotel and were certainly not there the last time.

A very nice and well-equipped hotel with super tasty buffet and plenty of space for families. I have not yet been able to experience the spa and wellness in this form in Germany. It even includes a doctor in the family workforce. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with an excellent rate value for money. Superb swimming pool.

Although I give five stars, my opinion is not fully positive, because the biggest problem with a gastronomic company is the guests. But the hotel management can do the least. The food is more than lush and varied at all times of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). A's, which is active in the evening, completes the picture. A full-or half-board is available for lunch and dinner with an unrestricted quota of juice, water, tea and coffee. The rooms are of course not suites, but with just under 25 sqm (main building, double room comfort) very generous and also modern furnishings. The air conditioning of the rooms is obligatory. Every day the rooms are reprocessed and the entire bed linen changed every few days. The pool area is clear but functional. The sauna landscape integrated in the pool area could well tolerate a cooling or rest area, but the lack does not lead to any point deduction. The medical Center with various medical services from the physio to the blood analysis is extremely extensively designed. The spa area also scores with countless treatment rooms and treatments. Various bars, an a la carte restaurant and nightly room service round off the gastronomic picture. A variety of entertainment options are available for young children. The four bowling lanes do not have a tournament standard, but they are enough to entertain you. The disco, which is open on weekends, is very modern and attractively decorated. The main language in the entire hotel is Polish.

This hotel is beautiful that the swimming pool can also be used by guests outside the hotel is unusual, however the water is pleasantly warm. The entire area of the swimming pool is very clean and a decent water slide is also available. With time tracking for the race.
Moreover, the offers in the spa area are very good, the advice also.
The hotel has a night club (no, only loud music and generously mixed cocktails) a lobby bar and restaurant. In the lobby bar really came the burger recommended to be one of the best I have ever eaten in a hotel.
The staff is attentive, you only have to understand how the work order of the ladies and gentlemen is. Almost all of them are multilingual and really sacrifice themselves when they are captivated by kindness. Fair!

A nice hotel with delicious food and questionable spa. Price performance does not match in the spa area. Which is a pity because the selection and the spa area are very nice and extensive.

Great place to relax with all family. Swimming pools are really enjoyable and really huge when you compare them with other hotels.

It is a very nice hotel and ideal for a family, — wellness — and relaxation holiday. Nice and modern rooms. The food is delicious and the selection is plentiful and varied. The hotel has a very large swimming pool (Aquapark) with many attractions, a fitness area, children's games land and a large spa area as well as medial care — medically cared for. The service is top-no matter if in the restaurant, housekeeping, spa or reception. We are completely satisfied and will definitely come back. Price — performance is unbeatable.

Zasluguja z pewnoscia na 5☆ jak Hotel tak I Restauracja. Moi Rodzice byli pod wrazeniem. Panie w SPA doradza w zabiegach, malowanie paznokci I kapiel dla dwojga relaksujacymi olejkami. Grota solna super I baseny, jakuzzi.

This hotel is not the first time, loved the Aqua zone and especially the bath is juicy, if the rain on the street is the sweetest place. In the winter the town dies down and everything revolves around the hotel. Great breakfast. The room was clean, the breakfast was very nice and the food was excellent. I'll be back again.

It was a very nice Stay because we were but only three Days there was it was not too long we ate a lot because it was so delicious and there was also a lot going on overall the Holiday was a very nice and it is also highly recommended we drive definitely Again.

Multifunctional beautiful hotel with a convenient location and to the tourist center, and to the sea close. Delight from the Aqua Park with a salt pool, Jacuzzi and bath complex! Live music in the evenings!

We come from Germany from the Island Of Usedom, just wanted to relax, booked the Spa Program for 2 Weeks. We are more than thrilled whether our Room, whether the Treatments, whether the Buffets for Breakfast and Supper, SPA Area … It just remains a Fabulous thing with everything. For sporting activities, this Hotel is ideal. A fantastic water — and Spa area, saunas and also as a starting point for Hiking/Running. Rooms are very well equipped and the food is rich and very varied. In short, a wonderful Hotel at a small price, for this product range like should be higher.

Hotel and rooms are very OK, indoor pools, lap pool, hot tubs, and its indoor saltwater pool, all with friendly and very good Service. I was particularly struck by the child-friendly, children's Playground, games room, children's pool, fine. Next time we come back with the grandchildren. Better not. The only minus point, mud packs are just warm pillows, and seasonal use, Massage and mud packs, could be a bit longer. This can, of course, the very low price will be raised.
