Great hotel, clean, fancy, well equipped. The pool / gym / saunas area is small but has everything u need for a short stay.

Really good hotel. We stayed for a new year eve night. Rooms spacious and really good furnished. Location directly in the strict center. I highly recommend for all who wants to relax and use good spa facility. Which I really recommend.

The 4 * hotel is very nice. It's all good. Breakfast buffet.

Definitely my favourite in Bialystok, great location right in the heart of town, spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff and tasty food. Breakfast was the winner! There is no swimming pool available yet, which we were told it'll open last August. We're coming back though!

This review pertains to the Microbrewery/restaurant ONLY. It looks really great, but the food is not good, or let's say… not good enough for a place which tries to be a "boutique hotel". Bloody Mary plain and tasteless, same with other traditional mixed drinks. The term Bacardi Coke was unknown to the gentleman tending the bar so we settled on Cuba Libre… LOL…, soup was simply awful and the burger was not good either. Menu states that there is a Happy Hour, which the entire staff at the bar didn't know about. We just asked, it was later anyway… In addition, this place seems to be a meeting spot for some very specific crowd… I was told they are all fans of the local soccer club. Quite overwhelming at times, even intimidating I would say.

Great place. Comfortable rooms. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are cleaned perfectly. By cons It is fashionable to attribute complexity of free parking. Parking under the barrier costs 5 PLN an hour or 40 PLN a day. There are rooms with baths in the bathroom, capsule coffee maker, kettle, mini-bar.

On of the best hotel we have booked. Very clean, exzellent breakfast and absolut friendly staff. We will stay here again.

Brand new and stylish place in the middle of the city. Parking is 40 zlotly a day. Some quality issues with the equipment (not constructed properly). There is only a beauty spa, no pool or sauna.

Perfect hotel! One small minus is a tight and tiny parking.

In my opinion it's one of the best hotel in Bialystok. It's in the city center and it's great, there is good service. Restarant But can be better. But it doesn't make this hotel worse. Very nice hotel, really liked it, especially because it is right on the Central square. I liked everything, but the restaurant can still fry to pull up.

It should have been made clear the pool is still under construction and not available to guests. The restaurant experience would have been excellent if there were more waiters. The person serving our table of 9 people was very professional and we could see he was fast and running all the time. There are simply not enough staff. Shame the restaurant doesn't provide more waiting staff. Other than the above the hotel is fabulous! Luxury designer quality finishings and furniture. Definitely the best hotel in Bialystok and the whole county! 3* is not what this hotel needs to be rated — it's 80% of how the hotel met my expectations. The official raring of this hotel needs to be 5 ***** stars! (at least) Top luxury experience. I will definitely stay there again!
