Stayed in this hotel repeatedly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. But last time we were offered the last double room with no shower in the room. We decided that the shower in the hallway is not very scary, because in advance the room we did not reserve was already late, we agreed to this double room. And were shocked… The room was just tiny. They just put a second bed in the budget. In view of a small table, in a room two people could not take a minute. At all thus in a narrow passage over a head hung on a bracket rather big TV a cube. Toilet in the room with a mini wash basin, where the hands are hard to wash without splashing water. The shower in the hallway was closed, had to open with a fork. The faucet in the shower is broken… I wanted to sleep, so decided to just sleep. But apparently it was not our day-pillows too in this mini room turned out to be mini. You can say you slept on a flat surface. And it cost this wonderful room as much as the usual double. Although the prices in the hotel are growing constantly, then 10, then 20 PLN. In fairness it is worth mentioning the invariably tasty and various expenses-buffet with omelette, pancakes with various fillings, meat and cheese slicing, fish, vegetables, salads, sausages, muesli, coffee, juice, fruit. In short for the room unit, and for breakfast five. But we decided that for the sake of breakfast here we will not stay anymore. We will look for something new…

It is not bad but it would be better if they can have more english speaker staff. Also when I get in my room I didnt see good cleaned bathroom unfortunatelly.

Good place for stay when You travel to Bialystok. Very good choice for breakfast.

A pretty good restaurant menu for a 3* hotel, albeit with fairly slow service.

Whenever we come to Bialystok, we stay with my husband only in this hotel. It's delicious! And the main courses and desserts are different and fruit! Well done! Returning home, with an appetite to remember! )

I have been in many hotels in different parts of Europe, also quite often in Cental-Eastern and Eastern Europe, and usually I was satisfied. I never experienced anything even remotely similar to what happened in Hotel Silver. First it looked like a normal hotel. But the problem was that I had a room that was directly on the other side of the wall of the party hall. Normally, this was not a problem, the hall was not used, but on New Year, there was a party (not for hotel guests, I read that they asked high entrance fees) with extremely loud music. Even just for a party, the music would have been extremely loud, but taking into consideration that there were hotel rooms like mine directly on the other side of that probably quite thin wall (and with beds directly at that wall), that was just crazy. It was as if a loudspeaker was directly in the room. Of course, no one would have been able to sleep in that room and even being awake is was very unpleasant. It was already quite late in the night when I returned to the hotel, I was tired and really wanted to sleep. So my first reaction was that I asked at the reception whether I could rent an additional room in another part of the hotel (not directly at that wall of the party hall, the hotel is quite large, so in other rooms, it probably was not so loud). I was told that this is not possible.

Almost perfect. Room service, restaurant are ideal, only the immediate area are bofs, but hotel to recommend.

We had a triple room with an external bathroom, which is not quite cheap and quite small. It was clean, and the nice receptionist allowed, we were allowed to Park our bikes in the vestibule. Without a car, it is in the city centre but quite a walk.
