The view from the 22 floor is amazing, food good, service good, room great.

Very beautiful view from the window on the 27th floor. Nice and clean room, pleasant interior. The stuff was polite. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel located near business center. But, unfortunately it was too cold in the room, there was an air conditioner above the bed and the cold wind was blowing out there. I was sick then so for me it was really big problem. We tried to change the temperature but it didn't work. And also our second card stopped working the next day, we couldn't open the door with it.

You do not want to live here, a good hotel with a critical disadvantage. In each room above the bed there is air conditioning. It is not possible to switch it off or change the temperature in the room. It is impossible to sleep under the cold wind, we strongly cooled down the first night. The administration was sympathetic and tried to help us, but this is a centralized system and technically they do not have the opportunity to turn it off. We ourselves have covered the air conditioner with scotch tape. There was no more draft, but the room was still cold. If it were not for the air conditioning, the accommodation would be fine. The room is clean. The hotel staff is very polite. The breakfast is good and tasty. Location in the business center of Warsaw. Nearby there are many public transport and metro.

Really nice place with a view to the west Warsaw (from our room). Kind and helpful staff. The rooms were very nice and clean. Maybe one of the best 4 stars hotel in the city.

I stayed for 2 nights. On my second evening, the card to my room did not work so I had to go down and up a few times so the reception staff could get it working. Anyway in the end the receptionist had to take a key to my room and to my surprise there was a new couple in the room already (with my things in the closet, bathroom, safe, etc. ). Ok, the receptionist worked out fast solution and gave both of us a new room to stay in, but really this does not solve the problem in a long run. It does not feel safe in your hotel if a room can be given away to somebody else in one stay. And think about the people that were in the room — suddenly couple of men just burst into the room with no forewarning! It could not have been a nice stay for them also.

As well as during my first stay it was very pleasant. With my room I was very satisfied (even if the card was not left alone in the card reader).
The room service was also very pleasant.

Staff was nice. Room was good, clean, had a nice view. Overall no complaints, but it's nothing special either. Breakfast was a bit of a dissapointment. Lots of meats and very little veggie options. Many things tasted like they'd gone off? They make barista coffee though if you ask & there's a soy milk option too.

The rooms are very nice and they are very spacious. They also take care of the details, for example in addition to the bathroom dryer in the room there is a vanity with mirror and hairdryer.
The problem of the hotel is that it is in the financial district, which is quite secluded from the historic center. This would not be a problem if the city had good public transport, but it is not.
Around the hotel there is a great gastronomic offer.

Beautiful Hotel in a convenient area to move just outside the old town, the beds are not comfortable and unfortunately the room is not cleaned every day not leaving the shower gel indispensable after a working day and to be able to start in the right way In the morning. Breakfast full of everything and excellent quality sin for cappuccino machines that do not make cappuccino and espresso as you must but of course you can not expect Italian coffee since we are in Poland… Still great value for money.

Cozy and spectacular room on the 26th floor.

I visited Warsaw for a business trip and stood at Hotel Leonardo. The Room size is average, but ok. Restroom is very clean, but early in the morning it takes about 5 minutes to have adequate warm water on the shower. Room is equipped with a normal sized television, a fridge and a save for keeping valuables. The breakfast offers a big buffet to create an english or continental breakfast as you desire. The personal is very kind and courteous. I enjoyed my stay there.

It's okay. There is one nuance, an hour after my eviction under the glass of my car appeared kvytok for a fine. I think that the hospitable staff of the hotel called. Before this car stood 5 days in the parking lot near the hotel.

Hotel a few steps from the center, with the bus in 5 minutes you reach Stare Miasto.

Hotel located in the modern part of Warsaw. It is a nice hotel with nice spacious rooms.

Good hotel at a reasonable price.

It is a really nice business hotel. The rooms are in the floors 19-26 and it gives you a great view over Warsaw. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The power outlet in my room was far away from the bed, but the lady from the reception desk bought me a extension cord.

The hotel is ok. Breakfast buffet is good and the rooms are large. A few details because non-functioning cards tighen that snudge the stream in the room clouding the total erlwbnis. In addition, the whole hotel is branded as JM, which is the old name and led to confusion at the beginning.

Terrible conditions. Dirty. Beds are dirty, mattresses are stained. The level is like Deshovaja Mololezhnaja flophouse. At 5am the Muslims woke up with their prayers.

So far I haven’t checked out yet but the service was friendly, they replied to my questions immediately and they were very helpful with my arrival.
The staff so far was very friendly as well! I am very glad to have chosen this hotel for that price!

Lovely spotlessly clean room with fantastic views over city. Super breakfast, restaurant & bar meals. Staff welcoming & helpful, especially young man in bar in the evenings. Will definitely be visiting again.

Parking arrangements not good. Under used parking area. If it was fully used there could be 24 hour service.

We had a booking for a double room. We got a room org two single beds separated by a one meter square column. The switch in which you put your card to keep power on will not stay on unless You wedge paper in it. Very bad hotel.

Clean, close to the city center, with large rooms. The internet in the room I used was awful, not in the lobby and restaurant though, and the breakfast area had a terrible lighting.

— room without a safe! — if you take a shower the water is just getting hotter an colder buy it self — only polish TV * no english, german, italian and so on — no power supply at the bed — freezer isnt working.

Hotel was clean and tidy but bit old. Front staff was kind and attentive. Breakfast was OK. Location good.

Reception staff not particularly polite or helpful, room was adequate despite key card constantly not working and card system for using lights etc also malfunctioning. No extraordinary facilities over and above a 3 star hotel in our room in all honesty. Harsh perhaps but expected 5 star and this was not the case.

Good Hotel with small mistakes. Beds too hard. My predecessor in the Hotel had black hair, not so good. The tiles in the bathroom were super smooth.

Hotel room was clean, the food was good. Note: as all of the rooms are on level 17+, taking the elevator is recommended if you don't want to spend 3 mins walking up to your room. I did have a problem with the shower — the glass door of the shower got out of place, but the hotel staff was helpful and fixed it as soon as they could.

We stayed at this Hotel 4 stars, with my wife and my little girl very good value for price, we were given a room on the higher floors over the 20th floor with a breathtaking skyline. The room was comfortable, decor a little dated but nice.

Well overpriced for what it is. The fact that the hotel needs to include its star rating in the name should be a warning signal; the thermostats in the rooms don't work, I've experienced a temperature variation of 6 degrees celsius in winter and the heating in the bathroom doesn't seem to work at all.

Super! Rooms from 19 to 28. All pure. Clean as necessary. Sound proofing OK. No stocks. If you get lost in the city, you can easily find the hotel sign on the roof) ) ) )

Very good hotel. I expected less level and quality of apartments. Everything in on top level. Also this hotel has good geographic location. Recommended!

In the room were dirty towels. Housekeeping seems to do, only changed. Drain poorly. The price per room, excluding breakfast, ZZO zł. Think about when choosing.

Rooms are nice. Breakfast area needs a bit more lightning-feels like in a chamber. Breakfast buffet rather small-consider "traffic jams" in the morning. Reception area seems to be always busy with check-ins and — outs.
