My husband Damian Lesniowski booked the 3 nights. When I see the 4 start hotel can be so dirty, be honest, I am very disappointed. 25th March we arrive and check in, in the room on the floor, still have last guest trash, and no service with any tooth brush. And dinner time we want enjoy the restaurant in the hotel, I am so surprised the 4 start hotel no any kids cutlery, I can say any restaurants in old town, I can expect them have kids cutlery. Next day after breakfast we back room to prepare going out, and house keeping without any knocking just entry our room, a big surprise. Afternoon, we back from outside, we was expecting the fresh and clean room, but not! Towel are mass in the toilet, bed shift also mass, our cups still dirty, I am curious what was house keeping doing? Just relax in our room?
