We were pleased with the place every minute of our stay. Wellness are was very nice. Breakfest beyond expectations and the host did everything to make the time spent there as comfortable as possible.

Positive: Good location (near to center of Zakopane), beautiful mountain view, clean, cozy room, delicious breakfast, good price, free parking space.
Negative: nobody speak English.

A small, intimate guesthouse with a homely, family atmosphere. The rooms are modest, but there is everything you need and it is very clean. The owners are very nice and take care of their guests.

I came back after 3 years and I was pleasantly surprised — a sauna and a jacuzzi were built. Mrs. Beatka welcomed us warmly, which is nice and very important, it makes us want to come back!

PLN 50/person for one night on a weekend in August. The price-quality ratio is great, clean rooms, beautiful views from the window and a very nice owner.

Very nice, clean, feels like new building. The service is very helpful, pleasant and kind. Nothing is missing in the equipment of the apartment and it is replenished every day.

Lovely food and great service. We had a 10% off voucher, we were unaware this needed to be shown before the bill was printed. Unfortunately this meant that it couldn’t be amended.

Very nice place close to the Kotelnica ski slopes. They have ski lockers and small kids club. Hotel is comfortable with clean rooms and attentive and kind service.

A great cottage for a getaway with friends. A big plus for the jacuzzi, and the owner was very nice. I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely come back :)

Beautiful, well-kept house.
Peaceful and quiet area, close to shops and restaurants. The Bania Baths are about 1.5 km away, Zakopane is about 40/50 minutes by car.

Beautiful, wooden rooms in mountain style. We were on the top floor and there was no view of the mountains because the house was located on the other side of the street.

I recommend the wonderful views, the food from Mrs. Tosia is delicious ❤️ a place for motorcycles right next to the house PLN.

The new connection for guests between main building and terms is excellent idea. Terms now offer more then aquapark before.

Breakfast and dinner delicious. Very nice staff. (All) Unlimited free entry to the Baths of Zakopane. Parking available. The complex consists of two buildings. Get plenty of space. Elevator.

Very good hotel. A large balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. Rich and very tasty breakfast. Good spa area. Large paid parking lot, 30 zlotys per day.

Nice hotel, with clean and spacious rooms. The location is not that great, more than 2km to the center. Not tried the spa facilities as I was there on business trip, but they look promising.

Great hospitality from the owner and staff. Warm rooms with everything you need: regulated heater, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, towels and toilet supplies and hot water available at all times.
