Lovely place. Thebmusic at 8 am at breakfast should GO. We could hear it in our room. No need for it. Quiet is peaceful.

Would strongly recommend. Location is perfect (away from town which is tacky but close enough to walk in easily if you want and fairly close to buses into the Tatraa). Very nice breakfast.

The property is beautiful and feels like a home from home with views of the slopes. The towels and bedding smell lovely and it was a perfect size for us with our 2 children.

On Booking it says check-in is until 23:00, but actually it was until 22:00.

Perfect location, great restaurant. The beds were comfortable, and the use of the spa was a plus. We appreciated the on-site parking, although there was a small fee.

The only thing — plugs behind the pillows were a bit funny as light would get turned on by accident, but was easy fix by taking the room key out of switch for thr night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kaplowa Chata. This modern, clean, and comfortable property feels more like a boutique hotel than just an apartment house.

This gem in the Zakopane is just few minutes from the city center. Great place to stay, really authentic, cozy, clean. Staff is amazing and always there to help you.

We arrived on 31 December and stayed until 3 January. Our host, a gentleman at reception, welcomed us very warmly. The room was nice and warm and spotlessly clean.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and had a lovely view. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the city center, which wasn’t a problem at all.

From the beginning we were welcomed by the friendly owners who also provided my family and I with helpful tips and recommendations to local restaurants.

Serviced Apartment, great location probably about 10/15 Mins Walk to Main Town Centre of Zakopane. Has a few convience stores nearby which is a plus. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Great value for money and exceptional service. Location was perfect — close to the main street. Shops just across the road. We loved the sauna. The coffee machine was a nice touch too.

The Studio room is a good choice for more than two people.
The property is in an accessible spot, there are lots of small stores around, lovely restaurants with great food, Zakopanes market is near.

We absolutely loved our stay in Zakopane over New years, the host is absolutely lovely and helped us with everything and had great restaurant recommendations in the area.

Positive: Wonderful location with wonderful views of the mountains from our bedroom (room #1). We have a nice balcony with two sun chairs.

Overall this is a very cool place with lots of activities for the whole family. The included breakfast was plentiful and lots of options — the ham on the bone and mountain cheese selection was divine.

Great place to soak in thermal pools. Try a variety of saunas, cold dipping and fun for all kids. The food in the restaurant can be improved but the atmosphere is good.
