Just a short walk to the square. Great breakfast.

Not far away from the center and good breakfast. Rooms has a comunistic look and noize from road can disturb sleep at the morning hours.

Good location. Great breakfast. The rooms have everything you need. Friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not understand: why 2 mattresses? One was constantly moving out.

Breakfast good, room clean and staff friendly, only understand English but perfect. Rooms only have single beds. And standard rooms rather comfortless but to stay it is enough.

NOT RECOMMENDED I stayed 4 days in this hotel. In my opinion: The restaurant is good, location is not bad, it is in a walking distance to the center though not very close, beds must be improved! Staff are terribly unprofessional. I often travel for my job and spend few days every month in hotels. I would say this hotel is probably my worst experience ever! Overall, I would never recommend staying at this hotel! With the same price you can stay in a much better place in Poznan.

A dinosaur of a kinescopic lamp TV with 3 channels that remembers the early 90s. No not retro, just old. The building as a whole looks haggered, dark, unwelcoming. Staff do precious little to change that impression.

The beds are not great. Also the water bottles you get aren't great either they have a weird taste. The food there is great. It's also a short walk to the center. It takes +-15 min. I would come back here when I need to be in poznan. + Food + Friendly + Inside looks good — beds — rooms look filthy — taste of water.

Hotel was located a reasonably short walk from the Old Town. Staff were friendly and were more than happy to recommend places of interest in Poznań. Room was clean and more than sufficient. Overall, Hotel Ikar is a good choice of hotel if you are visiting the lovely city of Poznań.

We are a couple from United States we loved our stay here. Very clean breakfast was good. Close to the old town. We would stay again.

The hotel had everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was surprisingly modern, the staff very nice and friendly responded to all wishes. Last but not least — prices are very moderate. Although if mann wants to reach the hotel by car, there were some problems and the parking in front of the hotel was disproportionately expensive, but this one belonged to me the hotel.
