The Hotel is about 5 minutes away from the old town and the center with all its shops and restaurants and sights. Next to the hotel is a parking lot that is also overseen and costs 40zl/10€ per day. Entrance & Reception:
Very cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff that gave us a helping hand on finding good shops, the sights and also made a reservation for us on new years eve at a restaurant (Bazar 1838). They also speak english very well so the communication was great. Also we got a to choose a welcome drink (a beer and a wine) which the waitress brought up to our room along with some crackers. Next to the elevator the guests can take some cookies, sweets and lollies, also there are free apples inside the elevator. Restaurant & Bar:
The rooms are small but cozy and stylish. We were served by the same waitress who was very friendly and had an eye on everything. Because of traffic we arrived after 11 hours of driving. So we chose to eat at the hotel, but we were all alone. The menu is small but enough and offers mainly pizza and pasta, along with salad or soup. We had a tomato soup (about 2€) and I had beet root Gnocchi with fresh rucola and goat cheese (about 5€). It was both very good and tasty. The room:
We had the comfort double which was divided into two rooms: a living room on the right and the bed room on the left, with the bathroom in betweem.

Perfect Location, awesome hospitality, great breakfast both the buffet and the made to order selection. Would recommend this place to anyone whether it's a business or leisure stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful with advice.

Very epic place and very good food at the aamianen and are very nice service like very much I give hotel 4 star out of 6 and very good.

I never usually do reviews but this place deserves it! Amazing rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Little surprises for you everywhere! So close to old town and a cute little river. I’d never stay anywhere else when traveling to Poznan!

A great hotel with very nice staff and very good location. On our arrival they put a glass of welcome wine. Each room is set in a city in the world. Decoration with pleasure and much detail. Totally recommended to stay in this hotel.

Absolutely great hotel! Incredible service, some of the friendliest staff I encountered! I loved the style of the rooms, the breakfast and the restaurant! Welcome drink and goodbye cookies make it a wonderful stay from the beginning to the end! Recommend it from the heart!

Very nice, clean and quite hotel with an interesting theme concept of the rooms, I'm curious what my next room will be, the restaurant is outstanding, take some time for breakfast and enjoy it, the ambient is very relaxing, I'll stay here every time I can a big thank you to the hotel staff, they are skilled and very friendly.

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel 5mins walk from Old Town. The staff are outstanding and super friendly. Marrakesh Suite is superb with so much space and great funky decor. Wonderful special touches like cookies in reception, apples in the lift and mini chocolate with the weather forecast left outside your door in the morning. Highly recommended and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again! Well done City Solei!

Great place to stay; very close to the city centre, super service minded personel. I had a bit of a compact room, but it included everything I needed and the bed was great.

One of my favourite hotels, very charming. Especially the Havana and Paris rooms are nice. The breakfast buffet has its very own style, I would have liked to spend more time with that.

I am now laying in their super comfy bed with super comfy pillows (you can select your own from a menu) and don't want to leave! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel is very modern and there are little things like free candy and apples or personalized weather forcasts in front of your door that make you feel valued as a guest. I would definately return here :)

Unusual and spacious rooms, pleasant surprises in the morning, mental conditions, until the Center is 6 minutes on foot, near the parking lot is not expensive.

Stayed for a night in City Solei. + Very practical location + hospitable staff + clean and comfortable room. + The breakfast offered is sumptuous. — Interior design of room is perhaps not to everyone's taste.

Really enjoyed this place! As in previous reviews the staff were excellent. Really personable and attentive. Complimentary wine brought to our room with a plate of cookies and blueberries — such a nice touch! In the morning we found a little metal box out the front of our door with chocolates inside and a message of local concerts and the weather report. There is also a "pillow menu" to choose from, and the beds were very comfy. Air con in the room worked well and was absolutely necessary with the hot temperatures outside. They provided us with earplugs which made me think the room would be noisy but it wasn't at all, at least not when we were there. L'occitane products in the bathroom as well. The only thing was that the room we were given was not the one we booked, due to an issue with the shower in that room. We were offered another room which was just as nice but a tad on the smaller side. Parking out in front of the hotel was also convenient and well priced at only 50 PLN for 24hrs, payable through the hotel. More homemade cookies presented again when we checked out! Would definitely recommend this place, and will stay here again if we come back to Poznan.

Tasty cuisine, many our own products and creations. Rooms fully air-conditioned. Super clean. Friendly staff. Guarded parking in front of the House, very central location.
Will come back again.

New Hotel: opened 2012. Very friendly staff. Too few seats for breakfast. Room can be a bit noisy since doors are not very isolated. Very clean. I enjoyed staying there.
