Amazing place. Especially when it's snowing. The staff is great and the bar is awesome. Must stay.

Great staff but let down by poor management. Lots of drunk lads causing trouble all night, every night with very little intervention or help from management. When we complained after being kept up until 2am by 10 drunk men yelling in the corridors, we were told that there was nothing the hotel could do. Definitely NOT a family friendly hotel. Even at breakfast the large groups of young men took over the small dinning room and the few families that were there hid as far away as possible and had to wait until the large groups finally moved away from the very small buffet. The staff could barely keep up with re-stocking the buffet. Management didn't even offer an apology.

Went there for dessert. Was delicious. Brett creamy and flavorful ice cream as well.
