Back home after the most amazing trip a huge thank you to the staff for everything. We Got married in between Christmas and new year And wanted to go on a city break I booked Topowala after reading the reviews on trip advisor. It did not disappoint. From the second we arrived in the beautifully decorated hallway, we were greeted by the topowala team. They took our bags until our room was ready and we went to explore. It’s an easy way into market square 10-15 minutes maximum. I prefer not being too much in the centre — it was very peaceful at night. When we went back we were greeted with some cherry vodka shots and a fantastic newspaper with the history of the area a cross word etc the accommodation has really thought of everything. We were then taken to our apartment. The best part was we were kindly upgraded to the best suite and it was amazing. I am forever grateful for being upgraded I have never had this happen before. The team placed petals and a lovely note that I have kept. Thank you. The apartment was HUGE! high ceilings, beautiful windows. Comfy beds sofas everything you would need. It was spotlessly clean. I forgot my travel adaptors but it was no problem they had one to borrow. The complimentary items were amazing robes, slippers, bath salts. The room was heated lovely, but also air con for the summer. It is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The best part is the staff — nothing is too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at Topolowa Residence. The staff were very accommodating and were happy to help in any way. The rooms were luxurious and very clean. We stayed in the suite with a bath, we had complimentary bath salts which is one of the many small details that make this place stand out as a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful country, nothing is too much trouble and the staff are amazing we had a wonderful stay.

What lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms, the whole place is spotlessly clean. A lovely courtyard to sit in. Fantastic choice at breakfast, tea and coffee provided in the room along with toiletries in the bathroom, and an iron and ironing board. Easy walking distance of the Market Sqaure and Old Town. The staff are amazing, very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for making our holiday special.

It's very nice decor, it has everything you need for a few days in Kraków the man who let us in was very nice and accomadating only had to ring him once and replied straight away.

Haven't even arrived yet and they are so incredibly helpful — answering all of my questions, making dinner reservations and arranging a car service to pick us up from the airport. Very impressed!

Had an amazing stay, rooms are top notch! staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Kraków again.

From a very warm and informative checkin to our checkout a few days later we could not speak high enough of these great serviced apartments. Amenities are of a high standard, good location, stylish decor, the little extras were very much appreciated from water, fruit through to welcome vodka shot. Would like to make a special mention of Andrew who was indeed the host with the most.

Wonderful accommodation. Great staff and reasonable price. Good choice of continental breakfast. I booked this stay for my partners 30th birthday as a surprise and the hotel were more than accommodating for this by supplying balloons banners and a bottle of prosecco (charged locally for a reasonable price). Bottled water refilled in room everyday. Room clean to exceptional standard. Would 100% recommend and return! thank you to topolowa xx.

Me and my family had a great stay at the Hotel. The rooms are huge and contained everything we needed. The breakfast was great to.

Amazing hotel with the most amazing, helpful and welcoming staff. Lots a time for guests and offer gear insight to what to see and where to go, was made to feel ‘at home’. Hotel was in a great location, 10 min walk to market square. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend the hotel, we would definitely stay again.

Nice place, four stars would be appropriate. What makes it five is the super friendly staff, welcome drink and coffee, customer focus without the usual hotel BS.

With newly renovated and very fresh rooms just a short walk from the old town this is a good choice. If you then add the fantastic staff who are very helpfull and service minded you get close to excellent. Oh yes the breakfast is also really good.

I booked this place since it was one of the top rated hotels on trip advisor. This place certainly lived up to the reviews. Service was absolutely wonderful. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with guiding me through the city during my stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully set up. The only caveat is that this place is a little far from old town (compared to locations of other hotels).

Nicest hotel I've stayed in. Room was amazing. 2 flat screen TV's, huge balcony. Bathroom was luxurious and everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (highly recommend the scrambled egg and bacon) can't praise this place enough. If I go back to Krakow I will stay here. Its a 10 / 15 min walk to the main square. Biggest shopping center on earth is 10 min away.

For me the best place for a holiday in Krakow. Great location and great hotel.

Amazing! Super good Hotel! The room was super nice, renovated and clean. The staff was more than friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a big variety. The hotel is in a very good position, max 10 minutes by feed to the main station. I will definitely come back.

Had the pleasure of spending 5 nights here from the minute we arrived till we departed nothing was a problem all staff are very helpful and polite! When we arrived we were welcomed with a lovely cherry vodka shot and we shown map of the town and places to eat etc helped to the room with luggage! Throughout our stay everyone was helpful and booked our tours and airport transfers with no problems! Rooms were spotless as was the rest of the building. Breakfast was tasty maybe only a continental choice but good selection. Topolowa will be my choice next time I visit and would recommend to anyone.

A fabulous hotel. Beautiful and clean. The staff make you feel so welcome that you feel like family for your stay. We lost our suitcases at the airport and they provided us with extra bits like a razor/shaving gel, toothbrushes etc and helped us settle.
We were greeted by a lovely lady late at night and gave us a shot of cherry vodka! After the day we were having it was so appreciated.
Each night the sheets were turned down and a little sweet left on our pillow. On leaving they gave us a little box of fudge.
The guy in the bar converted me to a green coloured gin cocktail and didn't bat an eyelid when I managed to spill a drink all over my husband in the patio area.
Our room was lovely and had all amenities you could need. Kettle, tea, coffee, fridge, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and safe. It was lovely to have a proper key that we could leave with reception.
Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cereals, cold meats, bread and you could have scrambled or omelettes which we did and were very tasty with added ham and cheese. It set us up for the day.
Can highly recommend this hotel to anyone and can't find any faults. A pleasure to stay with you and thank you for making us so welcome.

Recently renovated and well appointed. Small with only around 10 rooms so very different from the usual big hotel atmpsphere. 10 minute walk to the old town.

Hotel is every bit as good as it looks online. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking. The staff are very helpful and they also tell you about local places to go etc.

Huge room and outstanding personal service! This is probably the hugest hotel room/apartment I have ever seen. Take a look at my attached photos and you will understand! Together with the outstanding personal service from the staff it makes it to one of the best hotel experiences ever! My wife and I prefer boutique hotel as compared to boring chain hotels because the former always provides a more personal touch to its service. The room/apartment (no. 103) was nicely decorated and had everything we needed with air con, cooler, kitchen, TV etc. The bed was Queen size and very comfortable. The bathroom had a bath with waterfall shower and was well decorated and very clean. Also, there was free Wi-Fi in every rooms that worked very well — no annoying re-logins were necessary and speed was decent. The place is not right at tourist attractions but not too far away (about 10 minutes’ walk). A cab from the hotel to the Old Town cost us about 10 PLN (2, 4 EUR) so it is really cheap. Breakfast provided is delicious and they really presented it well with an impressive selection of everything! Eggs is prepared how you choose. In summary, Topolowa Residence is a very well-run hotel offering a very high standard of quality and service. I chose this hotel based on all the good Tripadvisor reviews and was not disappointed! We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place. A huge congratulations to the whole team at Topolowa Residence!

Absolutely exceptional hotel that I would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow. Beautiful rooms, lovely & varied breakfast, fab little bar and brilliant location. The staff are amazing — well spoken, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble. Totally taken care of from start to finish. An absolute must — if I could give more stars I would.

Amazing hotel — feels like you are staying with friends. Hotel is immaculate, and the attention to detail is just incredible. A 15 minute walk to Old Town or you can get a tram at the end of the road. The team are just wonderful and always available to give you advice on things to see and do. Fresh fruit and water in the room every day is such a lovely touch — don't even think about booking anywhere else, this is THE place to stay. Keep up the amazing work guys.

Great place. It's a historic building but the rooms and modern and comfortable. Good bed, good bathroom, good kitchen. Breakfast was excellent.

Let's get over the fact the rooms are huge and amazingly appointed with rainfall showers and nespresso machines (the clerk at the mall said you can't even get pods in Krakow. Only in Warsaw) ; the staff are accomadating and will go out of their way for you. We are just blown away by the hotel and Krakow in general. A short walk from the train station (5-10 min) and main square (15 min). If you are going to Krakow, STAY HERE! You won't be disappointed.
