Very nice hotel with great staff, just don't arrive late and hungry! Apart from all restaurants and room service ending at 21:00 we really liked this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, good facilities, excellent breakfast and very, very comfortable beds.

Excellent localisation if you want to catch that morning flight. Quite pricey but it is understandable. The drink bar could offer better experience for that class of hotel and price level it was a bit disappointing. Also the rooms could be maintained better. Radiator wasn't working in my bathroom, other time I had a blinking lamp (regardless of switch position, another time water in the bathroom was lukewarm instead of hot. Small annoyances, but for 4 star rating, and this price it should not happen.

Super location right next to the terminal. Still, hardly anything has been heard. Breakfast great.

Very convenient place for overnight stay before an early morning flight, just few steps to the Kraków airport terminal. Spacious, clean rooms with free water and tea / coffee set. Good restaurant with a big choice of typical Polish food, lobby bar, several conference rooms. Fast & friendly check-in / check-in procedures. Recommended!.

The quality of this hotel is really good in every aspects. The rooms are nice and spacious. You can find a good restaurant even if there isn't a big choice. The structure is just in front of the airport and you can reach it by foot. You can find meeting rooms to organize events. The breakfast is definitely high level.

Surprisingly quiet for being next to a train station and airport. Excellent base for doing a few days in and around Krakow. Cheap a d fast connection to the center of the city.

Perfect Service and a nice room.

A really nice looking hotel throughout, the bedroom was massive and the bathroom was a very high standard. The gym was situated on the first floor perfect and a very good size and stock of good quality gym equipment. Food was also real nice but your paying airport prices for everything here so quite expensive. The staff again were very nice and helpful speaking good enough English.

It's a very nice hotel which is clean and comfortable. Despite being just across the road from the terminal building I haven't heard a single plane, in fact it's a very quiet hotel. It has everything you would expect in a large corporate hotel but it has no character and could be anywhere in the world. The gym or fitness room is very small with only a few machines but I was there on my own each time so I guess it isn't really a problem.

Decent room and convenient to the airport but I had the rib eye steak at the restaurant and could barely chew it. The caesar salad was fine.

American style hotel. Great staff. Great food service. Made a canceled flight almost worth it.

Very bad experience, we had to stay here because our flight was canceled. The lady at the diner was very unfriendly. The diner was horrible, really low cost food, no drinks just water and coffee. Not my first negative experience in a Hilton but shure my last. If you can… go somewhere else…

Reasonably priced, this is a modern "American" style hotel. The restaurant and bar are open late for weary travelers and the first floor entrance is almost directly across from the airport check-in desks.

The highest level. You can fly or take the train to the city centre without even leaving.

Usual Hilton, plus one — to the airport 1 minute. Fed in 4, the room did not have soap and slipper with a Bathrobe.

It is very new hotel and has services including laundry and fitness center in addition to the soundproofing is perfect of face-to-aircraft.

Looks like a great fancy hotel. It's nice as it is right next to the airport so it's very accessible. There's some great meeting rooms and a great bar. Definitely recent for business visits.

Very well furnished rooms, good restaurant and breakfast, perfect location for travellers (not only flights but also car), parking next building. 50 euro price is increase value of realy good standards of this hotel.
