Cool place. The apartment is located in the city center, a quick walk from everything you could possibly need, including train station, trams, main square, parks, bars and most of the popular places in Kraków. Staff was super helpful, rooms were cute, cozy and clean. Couldn't really ask for more.

New and clean apartment. The location is optimal, at 150 meters from the old town. The two girls at the reception are very cute and willing to satisfy you any request, from a tour in Krakow, to book you and recommend a restaurant etc. Recommended.

Fresh Apartments offer some nice & affordable places to stay at while in Krakow. Modern, but not too minimalistic interior design with a lot of functionality and amenities — built into fully renovated old town houses offering a charming, cozy feeling. Really good location for sightseeing, partying and to visit this amazing city. Friendly and helpful staff, nearly at the level of a hotel-reception. Unfortunately no lift, hence not ideal for elderly or disabled people and one star less than perfect, but definitely check it out!

Although there's no lift the staff were really helpful and even helped us carry bags upstairs. The building is huge and old but inside our apartment was modern and really spacious. It was well heated and quiet and had everything we needed (fridge, kettle, cups etc). We thought we had booked 5 beds but it was 2 double beds and 2 pull out couch not sure whether that was on us or the advert.

Staff are helpful and friendly, first impression is the lobby is old. The stairs creak on literally every step. The room has everything you would need from tea, coffee to an iron. Everything is clean although we had a nasty smell coming from the shower whereby they already had 3 air fresheners to 'try' to mask the smell. The boiler kept igniting every 5 mins really loudly and the radiator in the bedroom had a very loud banging noise if we tried to turn it down. We honestly say we had the worst sleep ever. Staff on leaving did not ask about our stay or we would of told them. Location is great as it is one street away from the massive mall where the glowney main train station is. Sadly we would not recommend fresh apartments to others.

The photos do not reflect reality apartment on the 3 floor without elevator and awful noisy as the bedroom very narrow with no possibility of a Chair to sit on the train tracks clothes moving floors giving a feeling ugly.

Krakow is a great city for walking. Safely carry videos, baby carriages, bicycles.
Dislikes:
-no lift and therefore will have to walk ditskmim sidecars on 3 floor stomping
-very strange working heating (toggles through the twelve hours! after adjustment)
is not working fireplace OK
is not the first freshness

-interior door and the door to the bathroom (interconnecting) wacky
-baby cot is inconvenient.
