My dads just came back from Kraków with a few friends last weekend! Got to the airport and noticed he left his iPad there. Checked the location of the iPad via find my iPhone on his phone and it showed it was still in the hostel. When he phones the hostel they said that nothing has been left. When we have proof that it’s still in the hotel. I’m absolutely disgusted with the service we have received. I don’t recommend anyone ever staying here!
