My fiancé and I stayed in the Duplex Suite for 4nights during our trip to Kraków last year and it is one of the best places we have ever stayed! Its truly stunning and unique with its open plan interiors and of course the hot tub. It’s also situated in a fantastic location in the beautiful Old Town. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful when we asked them about how we could go about arranging an excursion to Auschwitz and Birkenheu.

Came here for my boyfriends 30th birthday in march, amazing hotel very clean would definitely recommend!

Probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to, superb value for money and central to all everything. 5* all the way.

Love this hotel great location for the old town bars and restaurants. Rooms are qerky very modern and minimalist but everything you need. Comfy bed great coffee clean and staff very helpful.

Lovely clean spacious rooms, with a quirky romantic vibe. Staff were friendly and room and hotel was very clean. Affordable prices and right near the main market Square. Well recommended.

A beautifully made up interior with excellent facilities and extremely helpful staff. The bathroom was beautiful and the beds were comfy. The only negative comment I can make is on the details of the room; cracked wall; cracked window; loose fixings.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Our room was much smaller in the attic/eves so difficult to stand up. However we got it cheap and you only get what you pay for. Large group of 10 so we were all on the same floor. Might be worth asking for an upgrade if you want a bigger room.

The service is exceptional. The rooms are very clean, bright and luxurious. The restaurant attached has amazing food and the hotel can schedule tours. Friendly and professional staff.

Such a weird building. Each floor is decorated differently and extravagantly. But I would definitely stay again. We had a studio on the top floor with skylights we opened at night. The best part was the front desk staff. One of whom sent us on a wild, late night kielbasa hunt. An experience that became our favorite memory and one of the best meals we ate in Krakow. Would never have found the place on our own.

Right in the center of the city. Very cool place, kind of vintage style in the old brick building. An excellent choice to explore the city.

Location — 10, rooms are spacy and comfortable. Very stylish with jakusi. Recpionist was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic location. The renovation and use of the building is quite unique. The quality of finish of the appartements is very high. Very clean. Fast Internet.

Fantastic location just off the main square. Very comfy mattresses! We were up on the 3rd floor, 80+ steps which are not particularly well lit but help you work off all the cheap food and drinks!

Centrally located apartment — hotel.
Location: Super Central.
Reception: Easy and fast.
Rooms: Bright, modern, raw red white brick walls, fridge, safe, hair dryer, toiletries.
Beds: good mattresses and pillows, single beds unfortunately very narrow.
Service: Taxi Call Unfortunately, only a half-hearted attempt, supposedly no one reachable, no 2nd attempt. This is not a guest service, so you scared your guests.
Conclusion: Hotel good. Service poor therefore no re-booking.
Are like the "lunatics", looking for a taxi walking around.

Absolutely fantastic apartment hotel so clean and modern. Staff where helpful and friendly. Defiantly recommend to anyone. We just loved it! Breakfast wasn't included in our stay as we would like to try different places but we ate here 2 mornings in a row it was delicious! Bin men were loud in the mornings but it didn't bother us one bit as there is plenty to see in Krakow! But for anyone that likes to sleep in would probably enjoy somewhere that's quiet in mornings. Lady at reception booked for us to go to Auschwitz and arranged pick up at hotel which was very helpfull. All round a fabulous aparthotel!

Beautiful city. Apartment clean and comfortable, everything needed is supplied with a little kitchen area also. Close to market place, only a brief few minutes walk.

Beautiful hotel room right in the centre of town. Lovely staff at the desk. Really pleased with our stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and will be returning.

Great service, nice staff. The breakfast in the adjacent cafe is great. Interior design of our room was odd but interesting.

Just home from our trip to Poland, this hotel is definitely the best spot, so central and lovely decor, 24hour reception and all staff were very accommodating. The cafe was delicious (the Norwegian eggs are a must! ) and they do a take away lunch for 25 zloty which was perfect for our trip to autzwitz. You’re seconds away from the main square with plenty of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable trip!

Very beautiful with an excellent choice for breakfast. After 11 they serve drinks and cakes. I can recommend it.

The Apartment hotel is really very well located, with everything nearby, be it monuments, my bars, restaurants, my mini-shops. The staff are very nice and speak English. The interior decoration is beautiful, whether it's the hallways or the bedroom, everything is made of old red bricks. I would definitely stay there again!

What a beautiful hotel, certainly had the wow factor upon arrival. Not far from main square where you can get any cuisine of your choice and enjoy a wonderful atmosphere. Loved it.

This hotel was a very nice surprise. Excellent location, very nice building decorated in a sort of industrial style, brick walls a lot of wood and metal. Very comfortable, the room was large, with a small kitchen. Staff was always smiling and helpful, very clean place. Breakfast was very good.

Fantastic, it's a hundred steps from the main square, clean, new, with a post industrial rock taste, I love it!

Easy to find, nice rooms, slow elevator. There was a spider in the bathroom, I named him Bob.

Great place to stay. Right in the Old town. Close to everything. Worth the upgrade to the suite for the hot tub/whirlpool.

Can highly recommend this aparthotel. We stayed here this week for three nights and loved it. The location is great, only a couple of minutes walk from the main square and our room was spotlessly clean with a small mezzanine kitchen area and a lovely bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Perfect accommodation.

Fantastic place to stay in Krakow. Rooms are excellent. Just two minutes walk from the old town square. We arrived early and dropped our bags off so we could make the most of the day. We arrange for the hotel to book trips to Auschwitz the following day and even though there was twenty in our group it was no problem. Look forward to my next visit and will definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel for the price — very friendly staff and rooms had everything you could ask for!

A hotel with character in the middle of historic centre. The rooms are very balanced, it still has it original style but of course updated with requirements of today. It's not focused on unnecessary luxurious items, but on practical use and service. The only thing which could bother people is the internal walls to the hallway are thin, but since its not a mass room/factory it's not an issue also cause night/morning times are respected, as demanded.

This structure is really new and gorgeous. I was there for theee night in a studio and everything was very good. The rooms are wonderful.

I stayed here with some friends not long ago for a wedding. The rooms you rent out are practically HUGE flats which make you feel as if you're a millionaire living in one! Plus the location is smack bang in Krakow, so very convenient.

The aetting is lovely. Not that far from tge square. Breakfast included and our room looks lovely.

Great rooms! And fantastic location… there was no noise at night and all the available appliances worked perfectly. Absolutely no complaints!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend in a 1-room apartment on the top floor. The ceiling was a little low but otherwise the room was great and modern looking with everything we needed for our stay. The free Wi-Fi worked great and was very stable. The breakfast buffet was okay but nothing big; we've had much better but for the price it was okay. The staff was very helpful and friendly! From the hotel to the town square there is only a 1 minute walk and about 7 minutes to the huge shopping center Galeria Krakowska. All in all we had great stay and will definitely consider staying here again if we visit Krakow again.

DETAILS THAT YOU DO NOT BE SO EXPECTED
This we chose it mainly due to its location in the Centre, the room was an attic studio where we slept three (there are two double beds). We knew that attic was, but too so that it can be convenient, because there is little space in which you can be standing. On the other hand clean, especially bathroom enough left to be desired. And although simple view the hotel is fine, is not well finished, with details that ruin so much, as wires in the air. As positive indicate that the shower has a window in the ceiling, and while you are showering you see heaven. Something quite curious. We left the car in the parking lot of Plac Na Globlach, which goes to about 90 zł. The Wi-Fi worked right.
Here the breakfast was not included, one day we have breakfast in room for the madrugon, another went near a cafe (coffee Choco) quite well, but slow to serve. And the last day to win time decided to have breakfast in the hotel (is actually in the restaurant of the side) ; breakfast was buffet style but very little and with very little to choose, in addition to very expensive for what they offer, because by 35 zł, you can dine well. Although has a great score this hotel, I personally not be very happy.
