Very central hotel. Cleaning must be requested daily. It does not have air conditioning but an insufficient fan in August. There is no elevator. Old hotel with old mattresses. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cozy little hotel within walking distance of the sights of Krakow there is no hotel parking but I never had trouble finding a spot nearby and street parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. Friendly staff that were able to answer all my questions.

Enjoyed my stay, arrived quite late in the evening due to flight. The receptionist welcomed us, and gave us a map and went through some areas of use such as food places for the morning and asked where we were looking to go and pointed out areas on the map really informative and greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean and tidy, the flooring can make noises during the night and people walking around being a light sleeper did wake on occasion but did not hinder the stay here. Was located centrally a short walk to main square, a quiet clean street with lovely views of the tall buildings surrounding. Would definitely stay again… Already looking at another trip as such a beautiful city.

We found this accommodation to be beautifully cared for. It was clean and had all the facilities required when travelling. The staff were very helpful and able to speak good english which helped enormously. Highly recommend this hotel/apartment to others. Regards John & Carolyn Sinclair.

These are lovely apartments. Location great and staff very helpful. There was no cupboard space in our room for clothes and we were staying for a week but apart from that I have no complaints and would recommend the Siesta Aparthotel. Thankfully it is not a party hotel unlike the one opposite which could be a bit rowdy at times.

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the old town. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The only problem is that I am a very light sleeper, and all the floors are wooden, which meant that any sounds got echoed around, so I got woken up by other guests getting back to their rooms late.

Great place at an affordable price (250 PLN per night double room).
Of the Pros: clean bed, tasteful interior, polite staff, loved the girl on the river, Darya seems to have helped with recommendations of the city's attractions, fluent in Polish, Russian and English, and it is not a little important.
Of the Cons: No cable TV, no disposable slippers. And there was one not pleasant moment with water, we shot two numbers, in one for the second day water have put, and in another there is no…
In general, more pluses than minuses, a solid four, I recommend.

Spacious room. Low beds in wooden base. Good heating.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room basic a but very clean. Very good quite location, ideal for getting all over town by foot. Breakfast very nice good quality food, the only down side was not in the same building.

I was really surprised, great place to stay clean and tidy. Only downside is that the elevator is missing. The location is perfect for visiting the city centre, just a 5 minute walk away. The supermarket and pharmacy nearby are very convenient. Great value for money There is a reception and you have a code to access the property independently. Really recommended.

Great and handy to the market square. Clean tidy rooms with every thing you need except for a toaster. But is a grill in the cooker. Friendly helpful staff. Only thing was a black pull down blind in bedroom witch was like net/ mesh and im sure could see straight through if light on at night. Would use again and on a lower ground.

They are old blocks, but with reformed rooms completely, clean and cosy. They clean every day. Parquet, heating, wardrobe. They put you on coffee and tea, with an electric claw to boil the water, as a courtesy. Perfect location, very close to the market square, to 5min. And 15min of the Jewish quarter. They do not charge tourist rate. No matter the time of departure or arrival, the door opens with a code electronically. I recommend 100%. Bed 7/10.

It was all clean and the staff was also very friendly.

Had to walk 800 yards in the rain for breakfast.

Has the basics you need, and as a base, is great for getting to where you want to go.

The floors are always dirty, never mopped. Beds only changed once throughout our stay. Feet were black off getting out of the shower. Had to lift all beds up after to find things that had rolled under. Thick of dust and dirt, literally look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Had to check out of the room at 12, they said we could leave our cases there as our transfer wasn't picking us up until 17:30. I asked to use the hotel reception toilet as I have a bladder problem and I was told they didn't have one. When I visited the hotel last year, we were in the same situation and we were given access to use the reception toilet. I'm very disappointed and will be leaving a poor review on trip adviser also!

Nice hotel not the best looking from out side but in the old side of town but don't be put off. It's clean staff friendly and helpful and a good base near to main square you get what you pay for a good apartment and a good bed so yes I would love to go back.

Had a good and fun stay. The stairs in room 402 might need a slight change. These are quite scarry to get on to.

Clean.

Very run down hotel. Even though I requested ground floor room due to leg injuries I was placed several floors up with 7 flights of stairs to climb. The floors felt dirty and would always have black feet. The toilet seats were always loose and coming off easily. The bed sheets were not changed the whole time we were there. Cleaners do the bare minimum.
One day we come back to our room to find our stuff had been rummaged through. The floors weren't cleaned once either. Also b…oth rooms we had the windows opened out into a court yard where we were looking at rubbish bins and peeling walls. However the staff were very helpful and when the ground floor room was empty they allowed us to move rooms downstairs. The reception staff were also very helpful with directions and other advice.
Just a shame the hotel seems run down and the cleaning staff didn't seem to do their job at all.
Otherwise a good central location for all the major sights.

I would like to start with the negative point: stuff. While being nice in front of me, I felt few times that the cleaning lady gossiped with receptionist something about me. It left extremely negative feeling. Beside that I have travelled around few countries and stayed in Poland too. This hotel is place to stay for sure: For amazing price (cheaper than hostels in czech republic, and on same level as hotel in small Ukranian city) we got our own small apartment. It had it's own small kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, many dishes, cups and pots. Free coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and mineral water was provided. There is also a large closet in the wall with mirror and electric heater. The bathroom is nice and clean and the bedroom had 2 single beds along with transformable sofa, large table, 4 chairs, TV on the wall, closet and wall adjustable heater. Where is a free Wi-Fi and shampoo with towel. The only dissapointing fact was the view from window: inner yard and wall (we were on the first floor). The location is great: 500 meters to Old town square (city center) and public transport. The bus and train station (Dworzec Awtobusovy) along with shopping mall and iceskate ring is in 10 walking minutes. All city spots of interest are placed around the hotel. I would love to stay there again and again and would recommend it to everyone. For this price you get a much better conditions than in 5 star hotels.
