The rudest staff when not getting money from you. Totally ignore you when you are asking for help however when getting requests for things that cost they are nice. I will never book here again.

Specious room with a fantastic bathroom & shower. Very clean & modern. Awesome breakfast with plenty of choice & the restaurant well lit with natural light in abundance. Very friendly excellent staff would defo reccomend you stay here!

Amazing hotel. The breakfast was fabulous. The room was very clean and comfortable. If I visit krakow again I would definitely stay there. The staff was very friendly and they really helped us. Five can't be enough!

Amazing meal from start to finish. Our waiter was great and really made sure we were happy. We went for the tasting menu which was all very tasty and beautifully presented. A must for anyone who is into fine dining.

Three star hotel with five star service. Restaurant excellent, staff friendly and rooms comfortable. 5 minutes from the Old Town, what more do you need? writing this in the hotel bar, with a vodka to keep me warm. Highly recommended…

We've been here five days. The rooms are clean, cleaned and towels changed every day. Breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. Located next to the Old Place. We loved it. The only thing that upset me was that my husband and I had booked a room for two and were hoping for a shared bed, but we were given two separate and in my request to give us a one bed room I was refused, saying that a double bed room had been taken, but that was neither.

Excellent location, parking is available but there's not many spaces, room was huge! Bathroom was good beds pretty comfortable But corridor noise was quite intrusive, I always have earplugs with me so it wasn't too bad with them but light sleepers might struggle, breakfast was really good as was evening meal, don't eat out eat here!

Relatively centrally located. Everything within Walking distance. The Food in the Hotel is really excellent! For Groups with Buses a bit difficult to get to, but possible.

Modest Hotel two blocks from the old town. Tode Close, very comfortable and more economical. Very clean and the room smelled very good. Super comfy bed. Helpful staff. There was no noise, we were able to rest great!

Stayed here for 3 nights last week. Our room was spacious & warm & spotlessly clean. The breakfast is also one of the best I've had in a hotel. The location is perfect with a huge market on the corner & 5 mins walk to the old town. Staff were friendly & polite. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Krakow.

A great hotel, very close to downtown, two streets exactly, all very clean. Good breakfast, very good service in English. The room was large with all kinds of amenities. I found it more like a 4 star hotel. One day we had the tour of Aushwith and as we could not have breakfast at the hotel we prepared very complete picnic bags. 100% recommended.

Nice hotel — clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small for a double but our bathroom was a decent size and it had been recently renovated. Breakfast was buffet style with hot food as well as cold. The hotel is in an excellent location — only about 10 mins walk to the main square in the old town.

Clean comfy hotel. Really enjoyed our stay there. Only reason I didn't give it a five was no tea or coffee maker in the rooms. Breakfast, plentiful and tasty. Looking forward to staying again. Very close to main square with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Very nice hotel in quiet neighbourhood. Close to a local market, and only a short walk from the Old Town and Galeria Kraowska. Staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is fine. Very good hotel for the money!

Semi-Decent hotel at a great location. However I have slept at better hotels in Krakow. I remember I had to pay for a lost card and the charge wasn't small. But overall not a bad experience. Rooms aren't excellent but good enough. Pricing high for the standard due to Old Town location, you'll find higher standard at same price a bit outside Old Town.

The food sucks they give you soup that look like milk with rice and peas.

Very good ratio between quality and price, near old town, warm and quite, we were lucky — got big room (with kitchen) so staying with child was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone.

Sapeva di disperazione, cibo disgustoso, camera sporca, letti rotti, personale non cordiale, in poche parola non consiglio a nessuno. (e non accettano gli euro)
He knew of despair, food disgusting, dirty room, broken beds, staff not friendly, in a few words I would not recommend to anyone. (And do not accept euro)
