Building was under renovation, but the staff helped us to change rooms quickly to get a room thats more quiet and further away from drlling. Otherwise clean and well equipped rooms.

Really clean and simple. For the price and placement it's a steal!

The rooms are pretty new, nice decoration, functionnal. The hostel is 15min walk far from the center, there are a shared kitchen and lounge.

Nice, quite cozy and clean hostel. Excellent spacious kitchen, free tea, coffee. Pleasant, polite staff.

It's all very well. It's not from the center. Great price for clean cozy rooms. There is a common kitchen where you can drink coffee at any time. I liked it.

Great value. Located in the walking distance from the historic centre. Rooms are small and minimalistic, but clean and with modern furniture. Shared kitchen with basic cooking capabilities. Great shower. Although the walls seem to be not too sound insulated it is still a good place to sleep.

Für ein Hostel eigentlich relativ gemütlich und modern, zumindest die meisten Zimmer auf unserem Stockwerk sind renoviert. Allerdings sind ein paar Dinge zu kritisieren wie die Schlüsselabgabe. Theoretisch kann sich einfach jeder jeden Schlüssel nehmen.

The hostel is quite on the level of even some hotels. The rooms are small but with their bathrooms. The condition is not new, but quite decent. Nice kitchen with a full set of utensils and kitchen appliances. The location is very convenient. The old town is 15 minutes away by leisurely steps. On the way there is something to admire in the architectural plan and where to go for a cup of coffee or eat. SPAR is 5 minutes away. The only inconvenience is that the elevator did not work, which was depressing after long walks.

Really good hostel for the price we paid, rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The location is really good, just a few minutes away from the center of Kraków.

All in all very good. The rooms very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is great with everything.

Réservation cancelled because I have Lost my fly (4 dans reserved) and on Cracovie i'have Lost my money so I write this comment out on 5 degrees 4am I try to sleep on street … When I called for information the solution? "You Can pay again for an other réservation if you want" Never AGAIN.

Clean shop. Friendly. Only parking here is a misery.

Rooms clean staff quiet. The hotel provides a room where you can have free hot drinks such as cappuccino coffee or tea. The area is quite central with cafes and market just a few steps and about 15 minutes from the main square. Great value for money.

Very nice hostel! Comfortable beds, very clean and nice location next to bus stop. I would stay there again in the future.

Excellent, very central, economical and clean.

Situated near to a main tram route and also within easy walking distance of the city centre. The accommodation is clean and the decor is bright. Staff are very friendly, and helpful where they can be. All those I met spoke good English. Book and pay for breakfast the night before or be prepared to be disappointed. There are several late night food shops within a short distance, if catering for yourself in the communal kitchen, likewise a short walk towards the city centre takes you past fast food sellers, cafes, and restaurants (if you keep going). Altogether this was a pleasant visit, and I can recommend using this hostel.

Great place! Best hostel I've stayed in I think and intact it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Price was extremely cheap and the hostel was able to recommend some reasonably priced parking nearby too. The kitchen facilities were great and staff always helpful aswell. Would stay next time I return to Krakow.

A very good service and a decent room for a fairly low cost. Only when going into detail, rooms aren't as fresh as it seems. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to spend too much money.

Excellent place to stay. Ex. Ss. German head quarters below, worth a visit. A little away from the Old Town, and no smoking or alcohol aloud.

The rooms are very nicely decorated and the reception very nice. This is how every worker speaks English very well.

The room is spacious, clean and modern. Shower and toilet is also good sized. I slept very well there. The breakfast is simple, but ok for only 10PLN and free coffee and tea in the breakfast room all day. In the weekends it is a breakfast buffet. In all, it's value for money and I highly recommend it and I will be back! :-)

Great place to stay, clean, location it's relatively close to the old city center.

Nice place, but the bunk beds were so incredibly rickety that when the person below would simply turn over or move a little the entire top bunk would shake. Made it quite difficult to sleep.

Update: After a few weeks of discussing my issues with the staff I was given a refund on our breakfast. Apparently they had some issues with their website that were showing the wrong prices (issues that have since been corrected). I've updated my review score to reflect this and commend the staff for working through my issues with me. TLDR: The service we got at the hostel was poor. Staff communication with us was poor, we were charged for a service they didn't deliver on, and our requests and emails went unanswered. On top of all of that the hostel was uncomfortably hot at night and traffic noise made opening the window to be not an option at night. Our first experience with the hostel was not good and it only went downhill from there. When we initially booked our room we made a request that some of the fire safety measures at the hostel be explained to us. They never were and no attempt was made by the hostel in the month after I booked directly through their website to follow up on this request. In terms of our actual stay at the hostel I would say that while it looks very nice we found that it got uncomfortably hot during the night. The only solution was to open the window — a window that backed onto a busy street. In addition to this the rooms were fairly cramped for two people. Especially near the entrance to the rooms. For some reason there was also no kitchen provided on our floor of the hostel. Instead we had a useless communal room.

One of the best hostels that I have stayed in, very friendly staff, great customer service, clean and cosy rooms and people with big smiles on their face, if in Cracow definitely check it out :D! Świetna obsługa, pokoje czyste I przytulne, super lokalizacja, a co najwazniejsze ludzie z wiecznym uśmiechem na twarzach :D Zdecydowanie godny odwiedzenia! :)

Good prices. Great showers. Can't unlock the door to the room from inside without a key.

Nice but very noisy hotel. Overnight several drunken groups screaming in the hallways. Nobody says anything.

This is a great hostel for its price, hospitality, and location. I would go back in a heartbeat! They have no charge for towels and an excellent kitchen.
