Good place to go when you need a close — by accommodation to the dive site (Zakrzowek). But mostly then.

The hotel is very good and I have had a brilliant time staff were very nice and friendly.

NEVER a 4 star more 2 star. Awful breakfast waited 10 mins for BURNT scrambled egg. Bedroom curtains falling off rails. Beds made with very little care. Bedrooms need completely updating even t. V was an old tube type. Only CNN News in English. Bad W. I. F. I. Bathroom good & excellent shower. Outside area no lighting and in the middle of an industrial area. No where near Kraķow centre had to get taxi's everywhere as not even a bar nearby except Tesco's. Would never go back.

Bit run down. Definitely not 3 star norepinephrine of a 1 star hotel.

Nice hotel but Wi-Fi only in the foyer on the ground floor.

There is only Wi-Fi connection at lobby and the Wi-Fi connection is SUPER SLOW. The lights in the hotel also not functioning well. The hotel looks so dark and not safe.

Geat value very clean and friendly staff good breakfast would go back.

Close to shops and the metro, good selection for breakfast. However, the staff do not smile or seem to be enjoying their jobs.

One day we decided to visit the swimming pool there. It was so dirty that we just took our clothes and left. Can't say anything about the hotel itself but the swimming pool is terribly dirty.

The hotel is a bit dated with CRT TVs, no Wi-Fi in rooms and old furniture but it is comfortable, quiet and clean perfect for a few nights in Kraków.

Nice and clean, well furnished with a good location. Austere outside to the point of almost looking industrial. Staff very stand offish a comment all the guests made and expensive to eat and drink. We arrived on the late flight with several others getting to the hotel at about 11pm we asked if the bar was still open which got a glare and " Shut ten minutes ago. " Some room service? "Don't do it. " Some coffee? "NO" That was me put in my place. In the room no kettle, tea or coffee just two little bottles of water! I would come back to Krakow but not this hotel. There is much to see and do here but this hotel and staff need dragging out of the cold war era and into the bright international world of today.

Next to tram to city center. Hotel room and interior look very old, like back to the 80s. But bathroom is spotlessly clean. Breakfast have good variety and quality. Bed mattress is too soft and pillow way too low, both are unsupportive.

Hotel of no recent construction but friendly staff.

A bit basic in some departments but very comfortable and clean. Not 4 star by English standards but neither is it expensive so no complaints. We would come again.

The room smelled of mold, the safe and the scale was out of order. But other than that, quiet rooms, clean and nice staff. And pretty good price.

Cheap and cheerful. If you're on a budget this is perfect and the bus and tram is just outside the door.

The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel looks very old. Even though the room is a non smoking facility, my room smelled like a big ashtray even with the window open. Everything is very dated.

Friendly staff who are keen to help and advise of the local transport options. The rooms good size, if not a little dated in decor. TV is very dated so don't expect to plug in a Chromecast. There is no kettle in the rooms which is a bit of a shame…

Hotel in semi Central area. Easily accessible centre thanks to the tram and bus service.

Most rooms are luxurious, and the large bathrooms and very comfortable. The whole room is always very clean and includes many amenities like so many types of towels, liquid soap, hair dryer, electrical outlets, television and radio. The restaurant is not the best compared to those that can be found in other areas of Krakow, but still offers good local specialities.

Rooms are good, Breakfast also and the staff is friendly and helpful. In the Spa area, however, you should not have high expectations.

The hotel at C grade. The room is far from four stars, the furniture is "tired", all modestly. Internet only on the ground floor.

A small group of us stayed for a few days. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. All areas were immaculate, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was the hotel is situated a little way out of town, but tram stops were located close by and a taxi cost the equivalent of £4.

Very friendly staff, clean, excellent food and great rooms. Bedding was the only disapointment with sheets that were too small for the bed. Good access to transport Well worth a stay.
