Bad customer service would not recommend.

Have been using this hotel for over 10 years. I can honestly say I wont be coming back due to the total lack of service. Waited over 25mins in green restaurant tonight and no one even came to take drinks. Had asked waitress at outset. Restaurant not particularly busy, staff don't seem to care. Same lack of service at main bar area, table service with no service. You could sit all evening without service.

Relaxed atmosphere though a big hotel, situated in beautiful surroundings, good buffet, welcoming staff.

Vast hotel with comfortable rooms and stunning facilities (an entire indoor pool plus saunas, relax rooms and gym hidden in the hotel's womb! ). Kindness of staff is wanting, however. Some tiny adjustments could be made: liquid soap in rooms; ventilation in bathrooms; some more healthy muesli items at breakfast plus milk and dairy alternatives.

Large hotel with good cleanliness and abundant buffet. The spa is complete with indoor and outdoor environments, hydro-massages, wave bath, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation areas, cave salt, etc. The rooms to the valley have a nice view of the valley and the town of Wisla, the rooms at the back have a view on the wall of the hill.

Beautiful place with swimming pool, spa and restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious.

For the winter all will leave, it is possible to bring here the wife and the son and to write a novel. So the film "Shine".

Nice hotel. There is a water park in the rooms regularly cleaned.

The place can be overwhelming. We had a Sunday all-you-can-eat buffet. It was very enjoyable. We appreciate shrimp and crocodile meat.

The hotel is large and relatively good, but not contemporary in many points and for what it offers simply overpriced.
In Poland and elsewhere, hotels in comparable price and star class offer significantly more.

Unfortunately, we had to learn that people are very careless in their handling of private data and documents. They lost my wife's ID at the reception and denied having it. After a few days a call from a stranger who found my wife's ID in his pocket but missed his own. After a few days it became clear that the hotel had exchanged ID cards, another family had booked on our data and probably lost the id card of this gentleman. This is very careless. In the meantime, we have reported the ID to the police as stolen to avoid abuse, now we are burdened with administrative procedures and costs, because of the carelessness of the reception. Instead of a sincere apology or compensation bid, as other hotels do, only "Yes crap happens" on the phone and not even a reply to emails. Other hotels can do this much better. Mistakes happen, for sure, but as a hotel you should deal with your customers accordingly.
Otherwise, not everything that was promised was kept. Aquapark for the family with slides. Relatively worn out the whole, half of the slides locked and on site it turns out that the slides are only for children from 12. Stupid if you have younger children and this information is not visible in advance.

I had a conference here at work. It has everything that you can ask for. The food was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They have pools, water slides, exercise rooms, and just about everything else that you could want in a conference center.

Absolutely amazing hotel rooms with amazing views of the forest from the balconies. Rooms are large, clean and stylish. Amazing facilities due to its location, including waterpark facilities downstairs as well as bowling. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great swimming pool, Wi-Fi in the lobby, good prices, good location.

Hotel complete with all the comforts, Jacuzzis, Spa, swimming pool.
Self service buffet or restaurant with table service. Liquor tasting room and games room for children's disco.
There is also a service of entertainment of the younger guests with exciting activities like cooking school where my 3-year old daughter enjoyed it.
Finally the location provides a beautiful typical mountain landscape.

Hotel we went to visit the Aquapark. After a few minutes after entering the water park we waited a very unpleasant experience. We went with my girlfriend on water slide at aquapark, girlfriend went too soon after me. After leaving the pool in waterpark raided aggressive worker, who looked like a bouncer from discos, which began verbally and vulgarly attacking, that we ride on a roller coaster in bad way. He yelled on my girlfriend, insulted, mocked, that we are from Czech, it seemed time to time that we think of hitting a girlfriend in the face. We had a small child who immediately started crying in fear, as well as the girlfriend was absolutely shocked how aggressive man in the water park works. I would expect a decent warning that we go on a water slide. Not such agressive way, my girlfriend was so scared, it looks he can realy punch her. After calling the head of the waterpark we basically did not receive any solution. Director aquapark defended his staff and finally sarcastically apologized and mocked. Absolutely disgusting people work in this hotel, not recommended, especially not with children.
