This was my 1st time in this hotel and as soon as I entered, I was cheerfully greeted by Clea M. Argcon and Ana Rose Ramirez at the reservation/check-in desk. Both were extremely friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. On any questions I inquired about and if they did not know the answer, they went out of their way to find it. The room was nice, clean and big as well as the shower. Room attendants were always close by for any additional supplies I required for the room. Restaurant is located on same floor as lobby, quite small but had an good variety of foods at a reasonable price and staff were fast to take your order and serve it within a very short time. Entire hotel was always being kept clean. Several shopping areas are close and being that this hotel is on a main street, there are plenty of cabs available. Security guards and door personnel always on duty and assisted me, as well as other guests, with luggage. Being a seasoned traveler, I would highly recommend this hotel, and compliment the owner of this hotel for their excellent choice on hiring this extraordinary and excellent staff. Again, I want to highly thankClea M. Argcon and Ana Rose Ramirez for all of their help.

We often stay at the Leope Hotel. It is a simple yet honest hotel, centrally located for our needs. Always ask for a extra pillow as the bedhead can be uncomfortable with just one. Always remove the toilet paper roll from it's holder because it's impossible to reach in a sitting position. I think the designer didn't wipe. Apart from that the staff and management are the best. We will always return.

No complaints. Good parking, good Wi-Fi, nice beddings, quiet, clean, strong water pressure, decent channel selection, good room lighting, mini-ref in the room, and complementary bottled water, all for budget price. Got a really good sleep out of it.

Still new, basically a mid-range hotel. I like the rooms as it has bigger floor space than most new hotels nowadays. Location is also good, near Parkmall, Ayala Mall, and SM city.

The staffs are very humble. They have a very clean and nice room, their hallway is very clean. Just 30 minutes drive to the airport and just near Jcentre mall.

Clean and modern budget hotel but taxi is required to go anywhere for restaurants or shopping.

We checked out here around 9:30 am of June 24, 2018. Our flight back to Manila was around 11pm. So we had the chance to explore the city after checking from this place. Around 5pm I remembered my flashdrive that I left from the TV of our room. Our room was 224. We were watching a bunch of movies before going to sleep. It’s really impossible that I packed it with my things since I just remembered it after a hours of checking out. I called them way ahead of time that I forgot t…he flash drive but the attendant told me that they didn’t find any flash drive inside the room. I was really certain that I left that flash drive still inserted in the TV USB but they still insisted that they didn’t find anything.
Now I know that this is my fault. This is because of my negligence. I’m totally owning up with that one but they should surrender any lost items to their lost and found department or front desk department. Kung baga, porke’t ba alam nila pag hotel come and go lang guests, pag may naiwan entitled na silang kunin yung gamit ng guest na yon? This is just a small thing but guys, pano pa kaya kung mas malaking bagay yung mawala sainyo? I mean, come on! A flash drive? Sana sinurrender na lang sa front desk.

Not bad. Comfy beds. Quite expensive meals. Its plus points go to its proximity to North Bus Terminal.

This hotel is located in Mandaue, good location, hotel is brightly lit and very clean. Staff including the security guard in uniform were so polite, patient and helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights, went to Puerto Princesa for a week and returned to stay there for another two nights before we leave for Singapore. In fact the extra 2 nights were booked upon arrival as we were very impressed with the Hotel and its service. Not forgetting, the staff in the restaurants were very polite and always smiling ☺

This a very clean and nice hotel. It is also reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Had lunch here and the food was also very tasty and plentiful. You can not go wrong staying here. Would highly recommend!

For the money you pay its fine. Modern clean budget hotel. Wi fi in room a little weak. No room safe. Big Tv (40 inch) no hbo or cinemax but history and nat geo u will need to get taxi to parkmall but a short ride. Old air con style unit but good. But for the money I paid no complaints. I will use again.

Its good. We stayed here cuz its near to port. But nothing much nearby. Good that SM city's not far by taxi from here.

Exceptional value for money. Clean, quiet, well appointed, friendly staff, quality food, and comfortable. I have stayed at a number of hotels in Cebu but this is by far the best value for money that I have found and better than hotels charging twice as much. Now I have discovered this place it will be my preferred hotel for future visits to Cebu.

Room is clean. Toilet is clean. Hot water available. Bed is comfortable however, the design of the wooden plank lighting that protrude makes it very uncomfortable to sit and rest on bed.

Nice and clean rooms with aircon and great shower, friendly staff and not too far from the airport. There is nothing super special about this place but it's a good Hotel.

Price is cheap but you will enjoy its decent and clean rooms. Good aircon and you will not regret staying here. The hotel looks well maintained and it is really a value for your money,. Location is not bad just 10 minutes drive to get into restaurant and other establishment but there is an 7/11 across the street for a snack… and just 22 minutes away from the airport. Staff are all very good and attentive.

Noisy if the Windows overlook the street. Soundproofing Windows is mediocre. Asked to change rooms — no problem did. However, the noise became a little less. The sheets are clean. The toilet was not cleaned — jamb. A total of 4. Left and opposite a 7/11 store. And since the area is industrial and warehouse, so there's nowhere to go. Taxi to the largest Mall 90-100 pesos.

Nice and cozy room, the staff is friendly, only take 15-20 mins to airport (150p), and it's near sm city. I'll definitely come back if I visit Cebu!

Service attitude was so good! Everything is clean and unexpected, they provide hairdryer and drinking water! Cost only below P1000! Recommend everyone to stay here.
