The hotel staffs are very nice, friendly and accomodating same goes with the room service personnels. They always greet their guests once they come across anywhere in the premise.

Easy access to room service and housekeeping… clean and nice room. Serves delicious foods.

Decent rooms with mini kitchen/ sink. Kettle and coffee/tea provided. Airconditioned room. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Has a restaurant and quite close to ferry terminal and airport.

Had a 2day seminar here. And they are genuinely sensitive enough to my spiritual beliefs offering me non pork meals even without me asking for it. First time to be in a hotel that I didn’t need to ask if my food has pork in it. Two thumbs up! Beat marco polo/waterfront to it!

The place is simple yet with complete room amenities plus excellent Wi-Fi connection.

Every room has Wi-Fi which is great, friendly staff, menu was great although buffet breakfast needs major improvement.

Alpa Suites have nice and spacious rooms with affordable rates. The staff are courteous and friendly. I like the food. One strength of the hotel is that every room has a Wi-Fi router and the signal is very strong. One thing that they need to improve is the smell of their comfort room on the ground floor.

Alpa City Suite has accomodating staffs and they serve delicious foods. A+ is my grade in their hotel accomodation, so clean and has good ammeneties. Will surely come back when I visit Cebu next time.

I would give this place 5 stars just for the fact that the Superior Room has a wireless router righr in the room! Very professional staff and a nice sized room. Comfortable beds and nice presure in the shower.

Rooms are great, I love the shower room. Near a lot of restos. Affordable. Staff arent as courteous but not a biggie.

Affordable price on conference room. Quality is reasonable for the price, just enough for training necessities.

I was there for a two-day training. The room was very nice and also the food. But the function hall was not big enough to cater our training needs.

Great value and location. Room has a large refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle and kitchen sink. Comfortable bed. The friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Air conditioner was a little noisy, but cooled the room excellent and shower drain was little slow. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay again. Amazing customer service.

Clean rooms, function rooms, and good food. Parking area is limited with low vertical clearance and tight pathway. Needs improvement. Dont bring big vehicles if you will park on the 3rd floor.

Our home away from home! Located close to the airport, port & malls with large spacious rooms with kitchen & large refrigerator stocked with drinks, a microwave, coffee maker & sink. Large comfy beds & nice bathrooms. Snacks, slippers, room safe & Wi-Fi.
The free breakfast buffet is always delicious with a wide array of local & international cuisines. The staff & waiters at Amo’s grill are fantastic & always welcome us back!

Very nice and lean hotel. Staff is friendly a d helpful. The only thing that is lacking is a some sort of tour agent offering tours and local attractions. That would help me plan my stay in cebu.

It's worth your money, if u r in cebu for business purposes or want to make cebu your base to visit other places like bohol /Oslob /kawasan falls or may be the city tour, this is the best, the South cebu bus terminal is 15 — 20 mnts away (offcourse without traffic), rooms are good, food is good, I mean u can't expect a cafe to be open for 24hrs inside the hotel or a fancy swimming pool. I took this place Because I have already visited mactan (beach side of cebu) twice and my purpose was to visit Oslob, now if you start from mactan it will take one and a half hr to reach the bus terminus and again another 3 or 3and a half hrs to Oslob, remember this is just one way. So I saved my 1 hr 15 mnts. What I am telling u for such a long time is stay here and let me know, how was it.

I certainly wouldn't pay full price, but this place was excellent and much more reasonable than other hotels of this caliber. The staff here was very friendly. I certainly would treat myself to this type of hotel again during my last day or two in Cebu.

Nice hotel, I booked it for only 32 euro by Agoda. it s very near from everything, 2 main malls (Ayala and SM), and only 5 minutes from the little ParkMall. Good breakfast and big rooms. Quite new, european standard. The only problem aircon is boxed and a bit noisy. The rest is perfect. it s in Mandaue city, remeber the street because some taxi drivers don' t know it.
