I appreciate the coziness and cleanliness of our room. Food for breakfast was delicious and homey. Staffs were helpful and quick with our requests. My birthday vacation in Iloilo indeed was wonderful.

Awesome staff. Staff are always ready to direct and instruct you in case you are lost and don't know exactly where to go.

Staying at The Mansion is great! The hotel staff, from security guards, receptionists and servers at the buffet hall are friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes. Special thanks to Aaron who prepared our dinner of Pansit canton and special burger though the resto is about to close.

Stayed for 3 days during training (may 8-10, 2019). Spacious and clean rooms. Nice amenities and friendly and prompt staff ensures good sleep. Pool and resto is an added treat. five stars out of five.

A good place for conventions, seminars and trainings. This place is accessible for most people in Iloilo. Our Connected Women event was held here.

Place is nice but food is not so good. So better try searching for other food establishments.

One of the top Event places in Iloilo however as an Event Organizer, I am a bit disappointed with our experience here. Holding my event here last May 2018 was quite a challenge. There were no permanent standby personnel present in the area that could assist all our concerns. Some of their rules were also not justifiable. Though there were some considerations given to us to be fair. Hoping that they will improve their system soon.

A good place to stay on your trip to Iloilo. It may be a bit pricey, but it compensates with services (such as a free breakfast) and well-maintained and ventilated rooms. Truly one of the best hotels Iloilo has to offer to tourists and locals alike.

The hotel is good but we were admitted on the old rooms, not good at all!, the smell is something you would expect on old houses.

The Mansion is a very nice place to stay. The Staff are nice, food are good, the price is not so expensive, its cheap actually.

Nice place, we've been there for our child graduation was held there. Also been there for trading seminars. Great food.

Me and my team stayed at the Deluxe Rooms before Dinagyang. There was really a difference now: rooms became brighter, comfort rooms had improved, linens are new, cool aircon, fast internet, and very wow to the smart TV on the rooms where we were able to watched netflix, sumptuous breakfast and hospitable staff. I will recommend this hotel specially for family and barkadas because of the spacious rooms and big beds. P. S. : I would recommend to try their special chocolate, auro.

Arrived very early in Iloilo and had breakfast at the buffet restaurant because it was already open at 6 am. Great food selection.

The Mansion has surprised me with their service and how they take care of their guests. We forgot a small bag in our room and we didn’t even realised it wasn’t there, during check out they gave us the bag. I’m so thankful.

It had the perfect location for me to go around and travel the city. The food was exquisite. The room we got was a bit old but it was spacious and clean. The staff was also very accommodating. I really got my money’s worth!

A delightful place to stay at if ever you find yourself in Iloilo. Rooms are a little old but they're spacious and the staff were quite helpful.

The drive from the airport to The Mansion took about 30 minutes, which was with virtually no traffic. When I arrived at the hotel, I was directed to the reception, where I was welcomed by the front office manager. Check-in was pretty smooth and the formalities only took less than 10 minutes. The staff were fantastic and even wrote down some "must see" things in Iloilo. I was very pleased with my room and its amenities. It's very spacious and the air-conditioning is just right. I wasn't able to try Freddie's due to my brief stay in the city. Overall, even though this isn't the most modern and luxurious hotel in Iloilo, it exceeded my expectations.

The room was big but the facilities of the hotel needs a upgrade. The place is near Esplanade, just a few minutes walk and ahead are the malls. Means of transportwtion was very convenient. Once you step out of the hotel. And you can pay by cash or by credit card.
