Great hotel, good accommodation and super clean.

Worth the Stay! Great Room Discounts for Senior Citizens and PWDs, Room was spacious and clean, Bathroom is Clean (altough a little bit hard with the Shower), Staff are Accommodating and Nice and lastly Filipino Breakfast is superb.

Just what you needed in a hotel, not so fancy amenities, but superb staffs. Kudos to sir zeus, always ready to help. And to sir mack for being organized and for going the extra mile for us. There were some glitches on our stay but nothing that can be handled. The rates are affordable and the food are amazing. Though were not able to explore all the tourist spots in iloilo due to bad weather, our stay at their hotel made us feel comfy. Highly recommended.

Nice facilities and the personnel are very accomodating.

Not worth it. We felt unsafe and were greatly inconvenienced. Few minutes ago, as of writing, I woke up from deep sleep after two drunk idiots kept on knocking on their room which is close to ours (2 rooms away). And the rooms are not that sound proof. I had to call the lobby thrice just to have the matter settled. Response was slow. Also, were their security protocol ok, these drunk fellows would already have been escorted on their way up. I told the lobby that if they dont respond to the matter right away, either I myself will confront these morons or call the police.

Nice, comfortable rooms for an affordable price range. The staff is very accommodating however I made a reservation and didn’t got list down. Still I was able to get a room. You can choose whether you would like to add breakfast to your stay or not. The hotel is accessible to. It is near the SM delgado and the Marymart. Transportation is also not difficult to get to if you want to commute. Ceiling needs to be repainted though.

Very clean rooms, no annoying noises staffs are very accommodating the food was great!

I highly recommend this hotel to other travellers. We checked I for overnight only (feb 4-5, 2019) We had a. Pleasnt stay the staff are highly commendable, they allowed us to. Check in early without additional charged (10am), the boys assisted my father getting in and off on his wheelchair to the car. The food is good and affordable. The location is very accessible to the hospital where my father is having his hemodialysis treatment. PWD friendly. Thank you Madison Staff I salute you.

A nice business hotel located near downtown Iloilo. Staff are very helpful. Nice rooms! Big beds and bathroom with hot water.

Madison is nearby mall-SM Delgado which makes it great. I hope they'll put complimentary water in the room. Rooms are clean and the restroom as well. Staff are approachable too.

Nice, clean and affordable. Inquire first to the reception. For they have promo sometimes lesser than online booking.

Budget hotel with free breakfast. We had an old room but it's ok. Aircon is good, but no bidet.

Highly recommend this hotel. Got good food and strong brewed coffee (info: has room service charge for food) Room was nice and comfy. I stayed here for 3 Nights; I’d recommend the place to people like me who travel for work.

Great location and great value for your money.

My wife and I ordered coffee that took too long to arrive. While waiting, we noticed two more tables were occupied, (four people next to our table) and they ordered breakfast. Their breakfast was served but our coffee still didn’t arrive, so I got pissed off and left their coffee shop without waiting for my coffee. Their rooms were ok. I heard other hotels in the area were much better. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel near the center of F downtown iloilo city. Price of the hotel is commensurate to the room size and location of the hotel. The restaurant needs to be improved to cater to the needs of its hotel guest who are in a working mode or to lazy to ho out to eat or to have something to drink.

Good place. Cheap and is very accessible for people with busimess in the downtown area. Staff are accommodating. Some hallways are dark and I must say a bit creepy. Nonetheless, I am happy to stay here.

Great location, clean rooms very comfortable beds, great price, and Friendly Professional staff. I have stayed there on 3 different occasions and had a nice stay and great nights sleep every time. The only thing is I wish they had a fridge in the room to keep cold drinks. Just purchase a cheap styrofoam cooler and some ice, problem solved. Be sure to ask about monthly specials.

The fish menu is really good. One of the best I've ever tried.

I booked a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed at Php1, 600 / night. Our room was missing the bedside table and vanity. The vanity stool was set up as a makeshift bedside table. They only provided two towels but one toothbrush! And Wifi was so bad I had to use mobile data instead.

Hot shower available, clean restroom, moderate Wi-Fi speed available. Serves instant coffee.

I like the place its nice and cozy. The room smells fresh, towels and blankets smells good. The toilet and shower was clean. But its a little expensive for 1 person… the breakfast is okay but I dont like the service charge of 20% on the food delivered to ur room, its too much, this is not a 5star hotel…

Madison Hotel is still a baby anf a must try. They have excellent services and real tasty food.

Madison Hotel is my preferred hotel in Iloilo City. It is strategically located, has clean and comfortable rooms. Their bath and CR are clean and has hot and cold shower. Complimentary toiletries are available. Rooms has Wi-Fi connection, service water (upon request) and water heater. The hotel has a cafe so there is no need to go out if you are hungry and you do not want to leave your room. You can ask the cafw staff to deliver the food to your room but for a minimal service charge. The room is well-lit. The pillows and bed are comfy but too soft, just firm enough to give you a pleasant time in the bed. The staff are very respectful and easily attends to the needs of the guests.
