I really enjoyed the stay at Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo. Everyone was so helpful. They give great quality service. The room I had was spacious. They have the best sauna and gym a hotel could offer!

We had lunch yesterday and the food they served was very disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed that the glass was filled with dirty water (floating partucles), 2nd the chicken wings inasal were undercooked so I called the attention of their attendant and they returned the bbq to the kitchen. When the attendant returned the chicken inasal, he was carrying the sticks while walking with out even placing them into a plate instead. 3rd there were flies all over the table, when they saw that we were trying to fan out the flies to get away from our food, they lit a candle and placed it on our table. 4th they said international lunch buffet and yet, the main courses were all Flilipino dishes, appetizer cold cuts, Pasta (italian? ) The hotel was very different pre pandemic time, I hope they hold to their commitment on delivering a satisfying 5 star service to their clients. But yesterday’s experience was frustrating.

The registration went smoothly. The front desk/registration staff is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. The restaurant staff servers/bartender are great as well. Food & drinks are ok. My suite is huge with huge bathroom & a walk in closet. There's also a guest restroom by my living room. It's an upscale hotel! The pool/pool area is huge, but too bad they didn't open the pool bar yet due to the pandemic.

It's a nice hotel that (mostly) lives up to the Courtyard reputation. Very courteous and helpful staff. While helpful and courteous, I think the front-desk staff needs a little more training. There's little point in online check-in, as the staff wasn't any more (or less) prepared than if we were just checking in normally. I had to answer questions and fill out forms just as if I hadn't already checked in. This turned what should have been just a two or three minute check-in process into 10-15 minutes. And they needed to photocopy my ID? I've never experienced THAT before. The room was very nice (we qualified for an upgrade to a suite) and it was spacious and well laid-out. My wife pointed out to me that housekeeping seems to be slacking off a bit, as there were water spots and streaks on various glass surfaces in the bathroom. Otherwise though it was up to Courtyard standards (I've stayed in a LOT of Marriott properties over the past 30 years). The dining room staff was very helpful and courteous and the food was heated and prepared as we would expect. The external guard staff was also friendly and efficient and I felt our vehicle was well looked after overnight. This hotel's location was perfect for our stay, as they are located just south of Megaworld (just a 5-min walk) and less than a five-minute trike or cab ride to SM and S&R, both stops planned for our trip.

Bad service! Did not inform the guest that pool will be closed despite early reservation. The management's reason: pool will be closed due to a a little rain. We were already at the hotel when they informed us that they won't allow the use of the pool due to a little drizzle. We are club marriott members but they treat us very poorly! The hotel doesn't even have many guests because of the pandemic. It's just easy for the management to cancel guests for their own convenience.

The first thing you'll notice when you enter the facility is the smell of the lobby. It smells so clean and new! Our 2night stay was great and the food did justice to the great culture that Iloilo is known for.

Desrving of a 5-star rating. Clean, comfy and with a very high-end security system. The breakfast buffet has a lot of selections. Their Candy Shop is a head turner for both kids and adults. The pool is amazing. The bed is very comfortable.

The newest and first international brand hotel does not disappoint. The super tight security is probably for the best but I find it overkill. Anyway, your stay here will be worth it.

We are so pleased and happy with our stay, superb service, great for family with small kids, food is deliciously amazing and the coffee is as good as we can get back home in Vancouver, Canada. This is by far the best Courtyard Marriott we have ever been too in all our travels. Love our room its spacious with great view, the swimming pool and pool side bar and eating area, we enjoyed it one evening with some music. The buffets are amazing, service deluxe from the staff, fresh fruits to our table, coffee, kids juices and toasts. We would like to send our special thanks to Charles, Richard, Alex and many more of you that we can't remember all your names everyone gave us an excellent service in every department, you are all amazing, well done! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting Iloilo. Thank you and will see you again!

Would give this a 100 Star rating if we could. The Wingin' It Family has been here a week now and we couldn't be happier or more impressed. The staff is amazing and truly treats you like family, the hotel is absolutely beautiful including incredible state of the art amenities and facilities, the food is amazing, the location is perfect with so many things to do within steps of the hotel, and the new GM here is absolutely phenomenal both personally and professionally and we can't say enough good things about her. We're excited to be the first long stay family at this hotel as we'll be here at least another 3-4 months and we know we're in great hands here. Whether you're a single traveler, business professional, or traveling as a family of four like we are, you will love staying at this incredible hotel.
