Affordable place and at the same time staff are very kind. I left some of my belongings and they send it back to me. Highly recommended. And I cant forget the hospitality of nanay who gave us food kc wala nakaalis agad si ate na cook. You will feel that ur not outsider. Salamat po and God bless! If you are looking for a place to stay which is quite and affordable then I can guarantee you that you will have a great experience. Clean and nice room and receptionist are easy to talk to and can highly recommend to those people who are in tight budget.

Standard rooms on the small side. Clean with aircon. They have a full kitchen with pots, pans, and all the utensils. They also will cook for you. They have a bar with beer, and alcohol, and free coffee all day long. The staff, and family are very accommodating, and super friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

Nice place and area. Quiet. Clean. Nice and smiling staff. A lot of huts and hammocks and fresh air because of the trees around. I like the room I got. Only 2 beds and I'm alone in the room. Not stressful environment. Very laidback. Good Wi-Fi.

Great staff, great motel atmosphere, but found the Wi-Fi capabilities lacking, which is not ideal when you've taken a one-way ticket to brown town due to the local cuisine.

Emoks is away from the main roads and centre which is great because it's quiet at night. Run by a nice, friendly family. One daughter is doing a work stay program where you help with cleaning up the Moalboal area and has set up recycling, compost at the guest house. They have an area for food which is reasonably priced and okay. Free drinking water and instant coffee. You can rent a scooter here as well. The rooms are okay, a little expensive for what you get but clean and comfortable. Have to walk 10-15 minutes to get to restaurants but there is a grocery store, small mall with food options and a McDonald's about 5 minutes.

Enjoyed our stay at Emoks. We had a 2 person room with bathroom and AC for 1200 early February. Bed was super comfy, although coming from a campervan anything feels good. Shower had hot water but took a while to clean up due to low pressure. Food seems to be the typical Philippino stuff, everything with rice. It's best point is maybe it's location being central to lots of things and away from the grotty Panagsama "beach". Do yourself a favor, rent a scooter for 400P and checkout Lambug beach.

I loved this place cuz very kind staff and very good service mind relaxing place, like a farm and a view of nature is best thing that I see.

I stayed 2 weeks here in total. I got very sick and the team looked after me so kindly. Took me to doctor, then to hospital and made sure someone stayed with me in hospital for my 3 days. Great place to meet other travellers and hang out, take breakfast, free coffee/water. Dorm rooms are sufficient with 3 big fans and outside common area. Can rent scooter for 400peso personally I preferred to stay in moalboal before panagsama.

Good value for the price and nice and helpful staff. Paid p500 for two nights. Dorm is quite small.

Treated like family! Every request was fulfilled! No dramas. Was invited to Sugars birthday party where they put on a big spread of food and alcohol for everyone in the hostel to enjoy (for free! ). There were three of us, we had our own room for the 3 nights we were there for the best price in the Philippines. Walking distance from bus stop, motorbike rental and pool! So good! Thank you! Group of 3, our stay was superb! We were having problems with our booking in Moalboal, so we opted to look for another place to stay and locals suggested Emok's Guest House. Super welcoming ng family and no second thoughts to go back and visit them. Me and my friends wants to go back to Moalboal because of their hospitality. Staying in their place, made our stay in Cebu much memorable! And yung ice cream ay super saraaap! Place is well maintained and feel at home talaga. They offer free coffee anytime of the day, and cheap meals offered around 40-60php. They are willing to help with anything you need/want, extra mile service talaga.

I was lucky that the hostel before them was full and I leaded to to Emok's guesthouse. I planned to stay there 1 night, but I left there after 4 nights. You won't feel that you're in a guesthouse, it's more like you live with a lovely and kind family. Very affordable rooms. From 250 pesos to 1200 pesos. For sure will stay with them again. Thanks Emok's guesthouse for making my stay in Moalboal wonderful.

A home away from home. I usually spend my weekends in Moalboal and I always go here for accommodation. The location is perfect — a stone throw away from the mall, the market and the food places. It is also a 10 minute drive away from the beach as well. The sheets are clean and the environment feels exactly like home — laid back and relax with accommodating staff and owner. Ample parking space, a swimming pool and a great view of their fishes, turtles and a vineyard. The location also has a decent Wi-Fi internet connection.

For the price we payed can't complain about nothing. Fast Wi-Fi. Reasonably looking dorm bedrooms. Clean and very silent place. Friendly owner. Could not find better.
