They don't know how to manage their booking. Foods so expensive. The owner is so hypocrite.

My aunt got hit by their glass door that got broken and it fell on her head last sunday, 2 glass doors we’re broken and the staff cleaned out the 1st one only. We understand that it was stormy and it’s not their fault but the fact that there’s no compensation or anything at all is just so disgusting.

Their foods and place love it!

The place was nice, the room was clean but the blanket was a little bit thin, hope you can provide two blankets per room (beke nemen😁). A place where you can relax, breathe fresh air, see the view of the city and just feel the serenity of life. Thanks for accommodating us and for patiently answering all my queries.

Everything was very nice until we checked into our room
1. Screen door was torn up giving the bugs easy access.
2. Screen door frame was stuck and could only open half way.
3. I could feel plastic beneath the bed sheets.
4. Knocking sound on bed every time there was movement.
5. Blanket smelled
6. Lights outside our room were on throughout the night radiating into our room. In-charge said the guard on duty forgot.
7. Room cleanliness 2 stars only
8. Ceiling fan was noisy
9. Checked out 11am but there was no guard available to que
Incoming traffic bec we were told the guard duty was at 12 yet. Was told “hinay hinay lang mo” what the hell!
The room should have not been released to us with such poor conditions. All the person could say was pasenya na and will let the owner know. Really thats it?

Very nice place to visit with love ones and friends… The best place to see and appreciate the beauty of nature… Enjoy their sumptous foods and drinks… Love their frappe so much… The staffs and crews are very accommodating… Will visit again soon… High recommended!

Place is nice, clean & family-friendly, the service is excellent & foods is 2 thumbs upall worth the visit.

We celebrated our son's first birthday and dedication in their House 2 and it was beyond perfect. Our guests kept on telling me that the place is super nice and they enjoyed it. The view is so majestic and the place is perfect for intimate events. Thank you for the wonderful service (shoutout to ate jesa ❤️). We really enjoyed our stay and it was a memorable birthday for our darling boy. ❤️ God bless team Serenity.

Went for a quick late lunch. Service at its utmost best. Very particular with this since meals with a toddler and a baby is usually quite messy. But they were pros about it. No qualms. Cleaned it right after we stood and left. Food came in just the right time, not too long, and all were hot. Food is yum! Ordered the hot shrimp salad, oatmeal pork, tinolang tangigue and fresh lumpia. Maybe a lil rooom fro improvement in quality of rice and peanut sauce for the lumpia? Going around the resort also isn’t a problem. Comms between personnel in shuffling people to and from is a breeze thanks to their handy walkie talkies Definitely going back. Great escape for the weekend indeed.

Great place to relax and the food was good as well. The Hanging Gazebo was an attraction. View was fantastic on sunset.

Great food but if I were to rate the service, it is 3 stars out of 5.

The place is cozy and nice overlooking at the top of the mountain. Ambiance is quite busy. The staff were good although it took them a while to noticed us, and yet we were quite plenty (10 pax). The worst part that I'd like to comment is on the PRICE. Very pricey for all food. Like rice per cup is 50 pesos? and the 1.5 litre softdrink is at 250 pesos? All other food are very expensive, hence the food is so-so or at a mediocre taste. My daughter did not like the fried chicken since it has an after smell. In my own opinion-pricing should be at par with its taste. I and my family are food lovers. We dine in so many restos in Cebu, we critic, and we always appreciate food that's pricey with remarkable taste or shall I say, worth the price. I hope you manage food price not because it is business but it should be because it tantamounts the food taste.

The place has an amazing view. The fresh air is very relaxing. Its good for family gathering/team building but the road going there is a bit dangerous.

The best place and brilliant experience I had with my family. Our overnight stay was unforgettable. My vacation was a whole lot of fun, adventure and memories to keep. The green and scenic view on top surrounded with mountains was very relaxing. And the most exciting part was my favourite sunset gazing moment.

Nice place food not too expensive.

A great place to chill and unwind. It gives you a great view of the mountains in central Cebu. PROS: — if you rent the house, you’ll have the pool, a number of comfort rooms, 4 big rooms, a wide kitchen, a big dining table, and a chill loving space. CONS: — this place is not accessible though using public transportation — if you bring your own car, you must be very careful as the roads are too narrow and uphill.

Place is great to spend time with group, either friends or family. They have a small house and big house.

Great place. Not a bad place for team building, wedding reception, and a lot more events.

The place is really awesome. A little bit challenging going there coz the road is winding and steep. Dangerous if its raining. But the view, is definitely worth it. The place is well maintained and clean. The resident dog Jaz is sweet and friendly. At some point you run out of tap water, hence the four stars.

Best place for family gathering and if you want to escape from the busy city.

It's a good place if you want to book a private house with pool away but not too far from the city. It's clean and quiet perfect for gatherings or team buildings.
