Delicious food and accomodating staff. They have nice function room.

The hotel staff are very accommodating the room is very clean.

Its my first time and I was just a walk in customer for their breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomdating. They welcomed guest with their smiles. Restaurant services were great. I remembered Boni the one who entertained me and introduced different kinds of foods to eat. They have plenty of food choices to try. Food were great and deliciously prepared. I love their beef tapa, congee, stir fry pechay and quesadillas. Thumbs up for their services and you must try to visit CitiPark hotel.

Nice bedding set linen. It is a good place to stay.

not so elegant kind of hotel… but the service is great… Restaurant staff is very accommodating, they already know that I will have 2cups of coffee for my breakfast hahaha thank you…
But I suggest, better change once in a while variation of foods for breakfast buffet, during my 1 week stay everyday the same never change hahahha… but still for you guys…

Everything is just wonderful! From the security guards, the food and reception attendants and the food is simply amazing! Plus the room is always clean. I definitely recommend this hotel!

It is a quiet place despite the location. The staff are friendly and by the way, they serve the best fresh Apple Juice in town!

Very convenient location, great staff and clean and nice rooms. Security very helpful at all hours of the day and night getting taxis. Front door staff quickly loaded and unloaded suitcases from the Taxi. Front desk staff was always quick and efficient. I have stayed there on three different occasions and consistent staff and quality.

The hotel is small though and the restaurant closes early there's no food when you are hungry at midnight you have to go out from the hotel and their Wi-Fi is not working too.

Great breakfast buffet and staff. Coffee was good. Would have given it 5 stars if they had a larger selection of fruits. Only watermelon and pineapple at the time I was there. Would have been nice if they had more local fruits.

Everyone from the front door security, to Jesse the doorman, the waiters, housekeeping, maintanence, front desk smiled and greeted me. I missed a connecting flight to Palawan and the front desk staff helped me resolve the issue. Jesse carried my 28 pound pack to my fourth floor room. The room had a safe for my currency, the queen size bed was comfortable with four large pillows, AC. The location is central to anything you need. I was able to Uber and Taxi within minutes of requesting either. The Wi-Fi signal was sufficient and the breakfast buffet was a large spread with a variety of Asian and American cruising. I enjoyed my stay and wish all hotel staff were this kind, respectful and engaging.

The food, the place and the staff are superb. The service is extraordinary. The ambiance is so relaxing. The stay is all worth it. Highly recommended.

Perfect quite place but Wi-Fi here is not good I stay for 1day and I cant use Wi-Fi its rubbish connection but staff are very nice.

The room is clean and smells good but the service is poor. They will not give what you requested. The front desk personnel were not polite as we call them to request a refill of complimentary tea. When they make up the room they did not wash the teaspoons we used they put it back to the bar. The room rate is not worth because of the poor service!

The hotel has very kind and friendly staff. The service provided to us in particular every breakfast that we have is great serving us very well as if you are in your bery own home away from home!
Sir Boni is so kind and has provided me excellent servixe and assistance along with his teamates. They have a very good chef n I like all of the food served to me. I will surely go back to same hotel when visit again Cebu as the hotel has strategic place for other fast food restaurants, bank, pharmacy, suoermarket and access to transport vehicles!

The place where tge hotel is Good, you can walk arround and you can see alot of establishments, fastfoods, restauratns, spa. The room is not new but was clean and big. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The things I didnt liked about this place was, it took them 30+ minutes to serve my order. Took a shower and after that I found sand/dirt residue in the drain.

The room is neat and tidy, food is good, spacious room, fast Wi-Fi connection, very accessible to fastfood, convenient store and resto with live band. Nice play to stay. Courteous staff including security guard. Friendly front office staff. Clean hallways and corridor. Abundant room amenities and functional hot and cold shower. I love to stay in Citipark. More power and thank u very much. Sa uulitin. Keep it up!

Clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, good food.

We love how courteous and friendly the staff is. They took really good care of us. We also love the hotel's accessibility; there are plenty of things to do around that's perfect for families (go-kart, rainforest park, lots of restaurant choices plus a nearby grocery store). Sadly, during our stay, their Internet was undergoing upgrades so we couldn't get a decent connection inside our room but it was quite fast when you connect in the lobby. Speaking of lobby, we also like that they have this very comfortable pocket lobby outside. It's windy there and it will make you forget that you're in the city! We can’t wait to see its expansion — they are planning to add in a swimming pool in the future!

The price is more expensive, the hotel itself is a building, so there is no garden or anything, it is the right to stay.

We were hesitant to book the place at first but we are so glad that we did. From the customer service down to the room and service offered, it was superb! when we went to our floor, we thought it was just like an ordinary hotel but when we get to our room, simple yet very clean and has a touch of elegance. Breakfast was real good with waitress and waiter so courteous. Receptionist and guards, superb! I really don't have any negative comments.

No fuss, excellent customer service, awesome breakfast. Not your 5-star amenities, but 20-star service. I'd take that any day. Great staff!

I stayed 4 nights in this 50 $ 3 star hotel. I am used to stay in very nice hotels for my work (Hilton, Shangri-la) but I did not wanted to spend 300 $ for a room in Shangri La this time. Instead I stayed in this quite nice hotel and with the 250 $ I saved I went every night to have a nice diner in Shangri-La or Crimson hotel (5 $ for the taxi). So you can enjoy a nice holiday in Cebu in this hotel and still have the luxury of eating in the Shangri-La for a decent price (diners in Crimson or Shangri-La are not expensive). This hotel is clean, spaceous and very friendly staff. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. But you can have a day card in most lucury hotels for 50 $ per day including lunch or diners and enjoy all the facilities. I strongly recommend this hotel.
