On our last two visits, rooms on the sixth floor did not have functional Wi-Fi. Good, moderately priced, hotel with very clean rooms and friendly, honest, staff. Prices have risen here in recent years, but, they are gradually remodeling and replacing furniture and beds. The older beds are far less comfortable than the newer ones, but are comparable to other hotels in the area at an under 50 U. S. Dollars price point. The included breakfast is not extensive, but consists of a full cooked buffet, prepared to order eggs or omelettes, cereal, and fresh fruits. We like Rajah Park because it is centrally located, close to 24/7 restaurants and drug stores as well as several nearby shopping malls.

For the price, the food quality is poor. Also the serving sizes are small. The wait staff are not very friendly. This restaurant needs a major improvement.

The room was pretty decent and cozy, and the accomodation was very good. However, they don't have parking space for those checking in overnight.

I like that they offer buffet breakfast. The staff are accommodating as well. The most outstanding thing is that this is located in the. Center of Cebu City.

Very good location. Within walking distance to Robinson's Mall and Cybergate, near the pubs in Mango as well as establishments that are open 24 hrs like pharmacies and fastfood restaurants. I like that they have a spa and their breakfast buffet is yum. Room is spacious and clean. I wish they have Wi-Fi connection in the rooms. Overall, satisfied with the service and will come back again.

I stayed here for three days last year and the room I booked is quite huge than I expected. It has television and ref too. The lobby is decently dimmed. It has bar and dining hall on the ground floor. Corridors is slightly uninviting. They got few old furniture and appliances. It has massage shop and small casino on the upper level. The problem with facade is that it has no windows facing the beautiful central park. Shops and fast food chains are located adjacent to it.

Small casino, good staff, great bands, drinks are very overpriced.

The room is clean and the services is exceptional when you call for room service. There's a restaurant in the first floor but didn't try their food. There's no parking area, if you have a car good luck looking for a parking space. The good thing about this place it's easy to get a cab because of its location.

We celebrated NYE here since Crown Regency has no more room left. The executive room with the window view is amazing!

Rate is cheap and the location is perfect if you are a wanderer. The hotel has a spa, a club with live performances and a casino. The crews are charming, helpful and accommodating. The free internet is stable and fast. Comfort room is spacious and clean.

The hotel location is perfect as jump off point to everywhere. Hotel staff are courteous, attentive and very helpful. They will do the extra mile to be of great service to their guests. It's indeed a 5 star service at an affordable price. We will definitely stay at Rajah Park Hotel for our next Cebu trip.

This hotel is good for the price. It's direct in the oldest center of cebu city and includes a casino and a massage spa and the best money changer in town. Young peoole like that house. There are a lot seminars. Breakfast is ok, Filipino style. The house is very safe, the guard is strict!

Comparable with the price. Very close with McD & KFC and Burger King (around 50 meters only). Close to Robinson (Dept Store) where you can find daily needs easily and Some Farmacy Stores. Recommended for low cost traveler even some facilities should be improved.

The place have it's own restobar where you can hear music or sing your heart out on stage and the location is at the center of the city. You may walk to the nearby mall for shopping and mango square for the nigthlife. Almost everything you need is at your feet.

The place is satisfactory. Our room doesn't have bidet. Before checking in, ask some questions if your sensitive of having a bidet in your room.

Great place to stay, its not new and is a little rundown. Can be noisey at night due to live entrertainment. But makes up with its staff and location.

The first hotel we stayed at for our Philippine visit. The staff was cool and friendly, paid lots of attention to our very energetic son. We all played a great practical joke on him, 7 floors up and down looking for his mama … lol.

The good: Nice staff, comfy bed, hot water, very affordable spa on third floor and nice lobby. The bad: Area is a little run down.

This place is at the heart of Cebu City where the famous Larsian Barbeque and the old public park is located. The area provides almost anything from party bars to restaurants, malls, spas, drugstore, etc. Public transportation and taxi cabs are immediately available the moment you stepped out the hotel's lobby. Although it lacks windows, the rooms are cozy. The hotel's staff are accommodating and friendly, but not attentive specially in the dining area. Also on the weak side is the bathroom where there is no hot water in its shower which can make bathing so cold if you let the room's airconditioning unit on. There is also no exhaust fan in it that can make the entire bedroom smelly every time you poop inside the bathroom.

Food is. Great, good accommodation, good service,. And Nice.
