There's no professionalism and the one who was in charge did not keep her word. What they did was really disappointing.

Convenient location but brings inconvience to guests due to inconsistencies and false assurances despite clear transaction.

The staff is rude and inconsistent. They informed us about the cancellation of the venue less than 2 hours before our event will start. Even though we paid almost 90% of the rental fee of the function room days before, they gave us a very short notice and the one who was assigned was sarcastic as well telling me to just have the venue at FUENTE CIRCLE.

I don't usually order a pasta dish for dinner but their carbonara is delish. Also, I love their interior design and staff are friendly.

The staff are lazy. We usually stay in this hotel every time we go home in the Philippines for vacation but not anymore! Rooms are old, Saw some small cockroaches on the cabinet, floor, some ants on the table, hot shower is not really work well, and there are time we ask to clean our room but nobody will do it because the housekeeping people was already gone.

A good place to stay if you have patient in chonghua hospital. If you laboratories in chonghua, that you need fasting. This place is good place to stay overnight without hurting your wallet. Just reserved online. Mostly they are full.

I love the location of MCiti Suites and its aura esp. The resto, provides good food, approachable staff, comfortable rooms with varied sizes and affordable prices, with decent and modern environment… it's comfy, nice view, just beside the road with parking lot, well lighted at night also the surroundings are safe at night and near hospitals (Chong Hua and Cebu Doc), Robinson's Cybergate beside it, lots of restos around it, lutong bahay, near lots of pharmacies, laundry shops, internet shops, Ukay ukay centers and shopping stores and malls, Moneygram, LBC, Banks, jeepneys and taxis available, walking distance to heart of the city Fuente Osmena and uptown establishments, restaurants, lutong bahay, shopping centers and the location is so convenient…

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back.

Was once a nice place to stay. No longer, ants, roaches, dirty common areas, rooms not made up even when you put the sign out. Recommend you stay someplace else.

Food ok room bit expensive on peek season but doesnt matter coz good location, just bit annoyed our room bedding is etchy and mossy inside and funny thing they have one chair without table, I booked in agoda and sent message request for early check in and extra bed for nothing and no response over all they need more cleaning in the room not really as good for the price we pay in place not comfy to stay and this mornin I called for room service of glass of milk for son take 30 minutes to bring my order and good I fallow my order or else they will forget.

It's not quite as nice as the pictures lead you to believe, but it is clean and the service was good. It was a good value for the price.

改築されてるので部屋自体見た目は悪くないが建物自体は相当古い。従って水の出が悪くまた吐けが悪い。と同時に下水の匂いが上がってくる。ルームサービスの食べ後に小さな蟻が集まってくる。バスタオルに穴が空いてるのにはガッカリ。朝食はワンプレートである。この価格帯なら他を検討すべきだ。

I just want to provide feedback. I am Jov Sison, stayed from Oct 21 to 22 with a late checkout. I booked via Agoda on my first day. The breakfast is really good, I enjoyed it so much. However since my flight is scheduled on Oct 22 late night. 12:20am, I opt to extend my stay and decided for a late checkout between 9 to 10pm of Oct 22. I left the hotel earlier at 7am/Oct22 since I have a tour to join. I talked to Mylene your receptionist on duty, since I took my breakfast on …your cafeteria, and advised her for a late checkout. Mylene let me knew that I should only be paying 475 for the late checkout. But when I am about to leave the hotel at 7am/Oct22, and my uber has arrived, she told me that the cost is 50% of your daily rate. So I did not pack my things yet and already had my final decision, knowing I have to pay only for 475. Second issue, I reminded her more than 5 TIMES to please endorse my request to the next duty receptionist, unfortunately the on duty receptionist called me at 3pm/Oct22, asking if I am checking out. I felt aggravated and upset since I thought Mylene endorsed my request to the next on duty receptionist, with giving her multiple reminders. This highly annoyed me, because of having NO choice, since my uber arrived already. Really bad experience. 3rd complaint is that the pillow provided to me during my stay, smelled stinky socks or even an old clothes that was not dried under the sunshine. I didn’t have a good sleep on your hotel.

Near the mango square. Good location with decent price… no toothbrush n tootpaste provided… others all standard.

Great place. Clean, reasonable price, good and accommodating staff. There's a 24-hour convenient store nearby. No beautiful view from the room though. Some of the rooms dont even have windows. There is a cafe in at the ground floor to chill.

This hotel is affordable and safety area. Have a clean room and have a good service too. I have been experiences here manny times with a friend of mine…

Pictures they published on line is probably really old. Not so clean and bed so small. For the twin bed they only give you 2 small pillows and will charge nightly if you want extra. A little expensive for a poor quality place. But great location.

The hotel doesn't have five star amenities but it was very clean and the location is perfect, very close to places of interest. Service is superb! During our first morning tour, The early morning front desk clerk went out of his way to help sort out our tour even though it wasn't booked through the hotel. All the staff were cheerful and provided great service. The restaurant serves great food as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Accessible to all. Budget friendly. Good food. Clean room. Staff are well uniformed. Hygienic bathroom. Nice place to have a cup of coffee. Good place for Pasta lover.

I would want to give 5star for the kindness of all the staff. But the place is really terrible. No hot shower on the 3rd flr to 5th flr rooms. So I was forced to move to 2nd flr. Which unfortunately is beside a function room. CR has a canal scent. No laundry service. No good food.

Clean… no nonesense hotel… affordable… near malls and restaurants.
