All the staff at Alba Uno provides dedicated service, I am very impressed with the warm hospitality, very helpful to guests, and all the staff are willing to go above & beyond to serve the clients.

Nice and quiet environment, fully air conditioned. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Affordable rate and nice ambiance.

It’s a quiet place, a bit hidden but it is near IT park. A few walks from restaurants and stores. The place is clean. Staffs are approachable. Food is a bit pricey. Overall, we had a great experience staying here.

Friendly staff, amazing food in their restaurant. They are also very accomodating. I needed a flatiron and my clothes to be laundered and they helped me with all my requests.

I loved my stay in Alba Uno. Although it is a big hidden (but all cabs know the place), it has a great location, many restaurants and coffees are easy walkable by foot. The staff attentive and helpful. I have a baby and they recommended me places to go and assisted with the food. It was very clean and spacious. I think it has a great price!

It’s very closed to IT park. Staff are very welcoming and have smile in their face. Clean lobby, room but the floor was very slippery and sticky, so is the bedding, sticky and only the reason I could guess is not rinsed well and dried. Overall good experience bedding could have made 5 star but yeah that’s the thing they need to improve.

Nothing fancy but my room is clean. It has hot shower, toilettries, no breakfast included but you can order breakfast at reasonable price. Very internet connection.

It's only a few walks from the business district. There's a convenience store and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel room is clean and budget friendly. We had an amazing stay and we were able to explore Cebu (through commuting and Uber).

I like the food but they can improve the menu coz its a bit limited.

Lovely facilities and great location. Although there was one rude reception manager the rest of the staff were excellent and the hotel was kept clean with a high degree of customer service.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Rooms are often keep clean, even changing the towels and linens everyday.

This hotel was very new and modern, rooms were clean and well presented (they even folded the toilet paper) staff were very friendly and professional. Beds were comfy and had a great shower, overall would highly recommend.

If you want budget this will suit you just right. Clean rooms. Bathroom needs a little improvement. Other than that the place is great. Walking distance to IT PARK.

I stayed there for over 30 days. This was the worst experience ever. We had ants in our room. Water bugs in the shower. We killed a giant cockroach. A bomb from WW II was discovered during escavation work. We were evacuated but never compensated for what happened. The food was often cold. Often items on the menu were unavailable. Room Service was slow and often the food was cold. On the right side of the hotel you can hear the Rooster crowing early in the morning and all day long. It was often difficult getting a taxi cab to go places. Some of the Staff was nice, other Staff was not friendly at all. The "L Cafe" is very small. We saw ants and bugs crawling. Too many times there was dirty dishes from previous customers on the few tables. Staff was inside the kitchen area. We could see them sitting down on their cell phone texting. The few outside tables and chairs, we saw so many ants. There was no extermination or pest control. The shower quickly runs out of hot water. The bathroom ceiling fan had a loud noise. They said they repaired it but the noise soon returned. The towles were old and worn out. The TV inside the room was very small and not even a medium size screen. Because it was Holiday Season, all other Hotels were booked so I had no choice but to stay until my booking was over. I will never stay there again.

Staff was very hospitable. They just missed my wake up call. Otherwise very good experience overall.

My favourite hotel in Cebu City. Right on the doorstep of the IT Park, the owners are constantly trying to update and keep ahead of the competition. BUT it's not just the attraction of the price, it's the staff who go out of thier way to make your stay pleasurable…

Basic room, small cafe, no rrofdeck, no garden BUT quiet location, clean rooms and overall place, efficient staff, close to the park meaning accessible to many restaurants and bars/cafe. Reasonable price considering it is for sleeping and for safekeeping of your things while out and about exploring Cebu City. Note: It is quite a distance from Airport and beaches but away from hustle and bustle of city and traffic.

A must visit place, nice to stay here. Kuddos to all staff here.

The restaurant is small to accommodate all guests, the rest were great mostly the staffs.

The room was neat and ok, airconditioning was also excellent. However, they we're not very considerate with regards to some requests we had. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing.

Good enough place especially for budget conscious people or tourists looking for a place to crash the location isn't the best but it's not bad and the bathrooms are okay. Very good for the money.

Courteous and trustworthy staff. Rooms are clean and spacious, in spite of the construction going on in the vicinity. I'd definitely recommend to friends.

Alba Uno is located very nearby Cebu's Asiatown IT Park. As the road going to it may not be too safe when you just walk, it is perfectly okay for you to hail a cab to reach it. The room rates are very affordable. There is ample parking space. The surrounding neighborhood is calm and relaxing as well. It gets the job done for a very reasonable price. Their rates often include breakfast with it, and Wi-Finis quite speedy at times. Good place to stay for a very affordable price.

The hotel was affordable yet did not disappoint in terms of the rooms which, although not too big, we're comfortable to stay in. There are a lot of cheap eateries nearby (full meal as cheap as just over $1) so you won't have to worry about getting hungry or spending on expensive hotel meals. What more is it's near the Cebu IT Park so fast food restaurant, bars or cafés are just a few minutes away by foot. Overall, I would recommend it if you are on a limited budget or if you just want to save up.

Very accommodating staff, the food they serve is delicious and very affordable. What I love about this hotel is that they allow guests to check in as early as 7:00am as long as your room is available. The fact that it is located at Cebu's Business Center is a plus. Downside is, breakfast is not included but hey their room rates are very affordable. Truly my home whenever I am in Cebu City.

My home in Cebu whenever my itinerary is around the IT Park. Good price for excellent rooms, although they don't have refrigerators and hair dryers.

Great value for a short stay. Rooms modern and clean, service great, free Wi-Fi, small restaurant, good food but limited choice. One of the best value for money rooms in Cebu.

Alba Uno Residencia is a good and clean budget hotel just at the back of Skyrise 2 Building in IT Park Cebu. It is just 2 minutes walk to IT Park. Rooms are reasonably priced for the budget traveller from PhP 1200 per night good for 2 persons and with free internet Wi-Fi connection in room. Rooms are tastefully designed, modern but with antique pieces strategically placed in the corridor and rooms. Alba Uno's restaurant serves local food from PhP 100-200/meal, or you can hike over to the many restaurants in IT Park.
