Nice place, clean and near the beach. Accomodating staff, good food and reasonable price. The staff prepared a suprise for my hubby's 59th birthday! Much appreciated. We'll be back with the whole family when tourist requirements will be more relax, we will certainly bring our kiddos and apos. Thank you Residencia for the wonderful accomodation.

No doubt! Residencia Boracay is a home away from home. Superb place, service and above all price/rate. All staff are very warm and accommodating even the owners… they're so nice to talk and approach hayyyyy out of words of their excellent service. Add the beautiful place! All worth it and pleasant specially for first timer like us. Food is also great and delicious!
I wanna thank them too for being my accomplice to surprise the man of out family during Father's day and it was a blast! Thank you so much residencia our 3 days didn't felt and look like 3 days we felt like we're home. Jesus bless you all!

Amazing place to stay, the beach is only a few steps away from our room. The beachfront is very well kept. The rooms and facilities are great and comfy. I cannot praise enough the staff and owner who were so kind, friendly and never fails to greet us with a smile. They are so professional and always there to help and ask if everything is ok with us as we are travelling with our baby. The food at their restaurant is superb! Great menu that caters Filipino and European dishes. Also good selection of food during breakfast for both adults and kids, they will even cook eggs and pancakes fresh for you. They were also happy to reheat the baby food we brought with us. I highly recommend Residencia Boracay. Thank you for making our stay in Boracay a fantastic one. Will def be back next time. Xoxo.

It was an awesome stay with a very relaxing room & view! They even gave us a complimentary wine & cake and they decorated our room for our anniversary. We felt very special and touched by this gesture. The quiet place of Boracay. Less crowd compared to Stations 2 & 3. We slept great! The food in their resto bar was terrific & affordable. The owner & staff were friendly & very accommodating. I would totally recommend them! Thank you Management & Staff at Residencia Boracay!

We absolutely enjoyed our 4-day stay here for our son's 7th birthday. It was a long-awaited vacation for us as we're supposed to stay on a different hotel last June but Boracay was closed down and the great thing is, Residencia did not disappoint.
It's exactly the place that we were looking for as we have two kids in tow: Station 1 beachfront which is the best part of long beach…

Nice and clean room with comfy beds
And of course, great food! We only went out to look for a souvenir store and spent most of our time within the hotel area as they have just about everything we need.
They even accommodated our request for a dedication cake! Special thanks to Ms. Macel for making it happen, my son was very happy! The cake was amazing, our kids love it. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Residencia!

One of the best places to stay in Boracay, rooms are clean, spacious, staff are courteous and accommodating and the entire vibe was pleasant and safe, cant go wrong here.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Accomodation is nice. The staff are courteous and helpful as well. Their breakfast buffet was superb. You will enjoy swimming or just lying in their beachbed while watching the sunset and the beach 'coz it's not crowded unlike in station 2. If you want to unwind and spend quality time with your loved ones, I would really recommend this place.

Residencia Boracay is the perfect place to stay and enjoy Boracay. It is beachfront where you can sunbathe, dip in the clear waters, watch the tide or the sunset and even people watch. Food is excellent, drinks superb. Try their mango shake and halo-halo. Best relaxing massage. Service is top of the line. It becomes your refuge once you have had enough of the fun and maddening crowd and just relax.

Excellent resort! Nice and quiet, station 1 location. Great value. Staff are fantastic. Actually extended our stay there, we enjoyed the peaceful location that much! Apparently a family run resort, has a good simple feel to it. Would easily stay there again.

Really a nice place, great food (breakfast buffet is wow, eat like a king), excellent staffs, perfect location (yes since people are crowded on station 2 and 3) and quality ambiance accommodation. Hope you can improve your Wi-Fi connectivity, so next time I don't have hesitation to choose your hotel again.
I also recommend you to give slippers to your guest with your logo (atleast 2 pairs and can bring home as souvenier), you can treat it as a promotion then let your guests spread your name! Overall, satisfied and worth it every penny!

4th time here. Wonderful place in the upscale area of Boracay minus the upscale prices. 60 peso beers (a few cents over 1 USD).

Quiet place for those who want to escape the busy and toxic life in the city. This is the venue for you and your family. Clean rooms. Very approachable staff. Even the owners spend time with the guests and have a nice chat with them. Nice view of the beach. Less crowd than Stations 2 and 3. Less noise. More white sand beach frontage than stations 2 and 3. This is the place to be. Will definitely go back to this place in Boracay.

The restaurant has a very relaxing ambience! You can use one of the cottages with throw pillows and get really comfy while looking at the nice and quiet beach area. The food is okay and is not very expensive like the other establishments in the area.

Great customer service. Nice rooms and Good bathroom. The breakfast is pretty good but could be better. Service is excellent. No safe in the room though and the beds are on the harder side.

We had a really nice stay here. Crew are friendly They assisted our every needs. Hair dryer is not available in every room but we were able to borrow one from the front desk. I like that its all the way in station 1 because its not crowded thus peaceful. Food was good.
