The rooms are spacious and clean. For me, if you want to feel at home away from home, this is definitely the best place to stay in Boracay. You can literally just stay in your room. There is also a nice view on our balcony. It may be far from the beach front but the good thing is that they have a free shuttle service and the drivers are all very nice. The staff are polite and accommodating. One thing for me that I would like them to improve on is their pickup shuttle from the port, when I inquired with them via messenger they advised me that the free shuttle pickup is only for their direct booking and unfortunately for us, we booked ours via Agoda. I just hope that you have a fair treatment for all of your guests regardless of where their accommodation was booked. Good thing this perception was removed when we got to the hotel and was treated properly by their staff.

We celebrated our 2022 New Year's Eve in this place as walk-in-guests. The staff were very accomodating, they even let us take pics of their antique knight armours. We're glad we have chosen this place for our new year's eve party because it is not crowded and we really enjoyed the food (we had lechon), music, fire dance and ambience! Will come back soon to explore your castle-themed hotel. Happy new year!

The place is so gorgeus and so relaxing, it's medieval theme and gardens are wonderful hoping to comeback again.

after the extreme activities in boracay and if you want to have a better quite calm scenic view you wanted linggayan is the better place and they have a private beach resort down under with cave which signifies the linggayan a small bell

The theme is superb, opportunity for pix is beautiful, so much to see at D'mall, the shuttle service was so accommodating, not large crowds when we went there at beginning of July, so many beautiful plants… EVERYTHING WAS SO BEAUTIFUL!

Peaceful. A good place for meditation and family vacation or honeymoon.

Rooms are a great size but it's very far from all the beaches, restaurants and shops. Staff is ok but it is always 20 minutes to get the shuttle. Restaurant on site is ok for lunch and dinner but breakfast is terrible.

Great building, great location more on the quite side, service needs some attention.

The hotel grounds are chic! The service leaves much to be desired. No towels for the face, only big ones. Sometimes you can forget to bring water, put soap.
Depending on the change the waiters are harmful and do not want to carry lunch to the pool or to the room.
And a long wait for the shuttle to the center of the island.

The property is huge, clean and peaceful. We stayed at the diamond suite and I must say finding a room of that size in that tariff is next to impossible. Even bathrooms are size of a normal hotel room, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and very relaxing. Hotel boasts of a private beach, but beach is just ok and very small, nothing fancy. Pools are really nice, food at the restaurant was average, though Highly recommended for those who want to relax in peace.

Worst ever, dozens of people waiting at the front desk at 16:30, but none of their room is available. All under " cleaning".

Very good hotel. Only a little shabby and can see what needs a cosmetic repair. The huge spiders in the room and waiting for the transfer from the Di-mall were marred.

The hotel is located away, very quiet. The beach is a free shuttle. There are 2 swing baths and private beach. Diamond Studios are about 100 square meters in size, with guest talk. Don't know why the hotel has only 3 stars, actually you could rate it with 4-5 stars.

The views are breathtaking even though the Wi-Fi didn't work but it doesn't matter for me. Spacious room you can cook your prefer food to eat, well equipped. The staff are very friendly always have a warm smile. Free shuttle which is convenient to the guest. I woke up early just to witnessed the awesome sunrise from our balcony that was amazing the sunrise view is really to die for. I had a remarkable vacation in boracay since this is our first family vacation and we got to stayed in this awesome place @lingganay hotel resort.

The resort is very nice and clean, the beach is fantastic we had it all to ourselves for most of the time — other guests preferred the pools — which are both all one depth (up to my chin & i'm 6 foot tall) not good for non swimmers. Its a hilly area, lots of stairs & steep hills to the rooms and beach, probably not a good place for elderly or those with walking difficulties. The staff are polite and helpful, but the management of this place needs some serious work. We arrived to find our room not ready, no coffee or whitener, no hand towels, cups could have been cleaner & theres no phone to reception in the room. Wi-Fi was OK during the day — it seemed to drop out at night. The restaurant wasnt bad only ate dinner there one night — the rest down at the main beach area… which is accessed by shuttle bus which can be a bit or a wait, one time they didnt turn up. The resort is in a beautiful location… the staff great but management needs to lift its game… has the potential to be so much better.

The place is so relaxing. I like the pool and beach super clean water and shore. I wonder how they do that. 10 for maintaining the beauty of environment.

I am truly awed with everything. The service. Those warm smiles that welcomed us. The room was spacious, well-equipped and spotless. The sunrise view from our balcony is really to die for. I love the place. The pool with bar on it is cool. Fun in hiking going to their amenities. Huge place. We were on top. 24 hours shuttle service available, so you can hang out outside. I had fun with friends. Great weekend.

The room and swimming pool are amazing, I loved to stay there but there were many things inconvenience as : no telephone at the room, Wi-Fi didn't work even I changed other room.
On the other side, the restaurant service was horrible time for me, I had 3 meals at their restaurant. The first meal was ok, the second meal I ordered beef steak with mash potatoes, the beef was burned and mash potatoes was terrible taste, they told me that it is German style and I tried to tell them and explain what type of mash potatoes I like is just boil potatoes and mash, so simple but they didn't do it even I tried to tell them 2 times and finally, they gave me the horrible potatoes taste which I never saw it before. And the third meal was a terrible meal ever, I ordered fried rice with chicken and prawns with mixed vegetables but I wanted extra more fresh cucumbers and then the waitress asked her manager and her manager said that I should go to the supermarket to buy cucumbers by myself, what a silly manager. I brought money to them and their behaves were so mean and and had no mind at all. The manager is not deserve with that position for sure. Moreover, when I told the waitress to check the bill and she gave me the bill without detail every things what I ordered and they removed the bill and wrote other bill with the price much more expensive than what I had to pay for because I gave them a honest advice. I was so angry that time and I never go back that restaurant again for sure.

Super Hotels with 2 big Swimming Pools and great view to the sea. Very super TV and Wi-Fi Signals and big rooms with Air Condition. Always like to stay here… very friendly staff and Manager Mr. Kobi.

This Hotel Resort is very good but the Wi-Fi didn't work at the Diamond studios rooms even I moved to the second room. More over, the restaurant of this place is not a good choice for sure, I had a very bad experience at there for 2 times. The first time I wanted mash potatoes with beef steak, they gave me burn beef steak and German mash potatoes but I tried to told them 2 times that I prefer normal mash potatoes but finally they didn't give me what I explained. The second time is today on 30th July 2017, I had lunch there, I ordered fried rice with vegetables, chicken, shrimp and then I saw that I needed extra cucumber like my favorite but the waitress who asked her manager and her manager said that I should go to the supermarket or the shop to buy cucumber by myself. What a silly manager and very bad mind to say that to the customer who bring money to them and makes their business better. That made me so mad and disappointed about that restaurant, the manager didn't do a good job and doesn't deserve that position for sure. I never come back that restaurant again for sure. Finally, they charged me much more expensive than what others customers would have paid because I gave them a good advice in person. I'm so disappointed about that, what a bad day.

Its quiet place with 2 pools, a good restaurant and a bar. Private beach and an amazing view. Rooms are also clean and nice.

Resort has a spacious room space and great view. However, not pleased with the customer service. — Wifi was down for all the 4 days of visit and they kept referring to the Mechanic team with no follow up. — Transport arrangements were poorly managed and they would always say that the car came and left as we were not there. This was the same case for the pick up at the ferry and the pick up at D Mall. — Do not expect much problem solving from the resort as the answers would be pretty standard regardless of your situations.

I love the place! The ambience, the nature and the quietness of the place will make you comeback. The people working here are excellent except for the 2 receptionist that they dont know how to handle complaints. Receptionist are the front face of a business… if they dont know how to handle simple things they shouldn't work in that area. Most of the workers ive talked for some questions always answer me they dont know because they are new. To the management I think you have to conduct orientations in your new staffs so a simple questions will not be hard for them to answer. But all in all I will still recommend this place. This will be a great place for people searching for peace and relaxation.

Quiet hotel has a shuttle bus to the beach. Spent a week feel good!

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my family (booked a suite with 2 bedrooms, up to 5 people) … the suite was great (except we only had one tiny soap and one sachet of shampoo in each bathrooms) ; awesome view from our balcony; 2 pretty cool pools; and a private beach (which is accessible by going down, down, down so many steps, not bad going down, but coming back up, wheewwww, a lot of climbing to do! ) The place was awesome I can say that, but in a country where there are so many HRM graduates every year, they can do a lot better with their Front Desk Staff, who are so pretty clueless of what they are doing, and do not know basic calculation in Math. They tried to be friendly and courteous but boy, they'll try to empty your wallet with their ridiculous charges of supposedly extra person in your room and extra charges for the breakfast buffett which is by the way always running out of something, like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Let me start with my niece situation… they booked online for a Standard Room for 2 people (around P2, 500/night), they thought that was a really good deal… when they got there, they were told that only "one person" was printed on the "whatever sheet" (which by the way, they won't show you) … my niece had her daughter with her which makes them 2 people, and the Standard Room was for 2 people. Now the clueless Clerks, one of them I remembered the name, Dion (probably fullname Dionisia) argued that my niece had to pay extra for her daughter.

In addition to a stay away from damll to hotel car pick up a bit of trouble, lived in long beach for so many days of this hotel best value for money hotel, clean, comfortable, service was very good! Room smell like, big living room with a terrace is a sunny terrace, drying of clothes is very important! Castle there are a swimming pool, restaurant, live there up the slope, followed by a sea facing pool, great views, seawater swimming pool, then walked down the beach there! I found 8 larger starfish! There is also a small sea urchin! Fishing snorkeling here!.

The lingganay Boracay hotel has the best price-performance ratio on Boracay! Super location, very good architecture, excellent facilities. Will definitely come again.
