Thank you so much Hanna and surfing carabao staffs. We enjoyed our trip so much! One for the books. ❤ The place was super peaceful, you will really find serenity. The beachfront is super secluded and it's a really nice long stretch of white sand beach. Enjoyed the duyan a lot and Hanna is super accomodating too. Best place to really slow down and relax. Thank you so much Surfing Carabao for the extraordinary experience, nakakasepanx ayaw ko na umuwi. 😂 We will bring our kids next time! God Bless!

One of the best places to stay in Siargao and one of the best area to swim, snorkel and paddle board. They also allowed my cats to stay with us which was awesome! Best sunrises, too!

We loved Surfing Carabao so much that I need to write a review about it. Out of all the resorts and arbnbs that we've tried in Siargao, Surfing Carabao is our favorite. We stayed here last Feb and we plan to stay here again when we come back. The place is very peaceful and quiet. There are no crowds here. It's about 10min drive from the popular restaurants of GL so we highly recommend that you rent a scooter for convenience. We do not mind since we enjoy driving around the island. The people here are some of the nicest people we met in the island. The villa is super clean and spacious. Our room was cleaned everyday. Plus the daybed outside the room is so chill. (I also appreciate their signature towels and blanket) A few meters from the room is the best beach front area that I've seen in the island so far. It's good for a swim because the water is calm, fine white sand and it's not rocky. Plus it's clean (but if you see some plastics being washed off the shore, do your part and pick it up) The common kitchen is what makes it feel like home. It's clean and tidy plus there are cooking and breakfast items that the guests are free to use. And the honesty ref is convenient as well. I love that they encourage the guests to care about the environment. They promote segregation and they support non profit organizations. My favorite part about them is they donate 100Php from your payment to your chosen org.

The Villa Amakan unit we got was spacious and we love walking on old hardwood floors. You rarely get those nowadays. The whole area was so relaxing and it's situated on one of the few quieter white sand beaches on the island. Quietly tucked in away from the busy ongoings of town yet still perfectly accessible. We enjoyed hours of swimming and wading in the water. We also love the super friendly dogs. We intend to come back with the kids. The added kitchen was a plus for us since we like to shop for local produce and cook. We highly recommend trying the place out on your visit to Siargao.

Best spot if you want to get away from it all.

Sits out the front of one of the nicest beaches on siargao. Great holiday style cabins with a communal kitchen. With stocked up fridge.

A warm welcome, Lee is very available, listening to us, good advice, responsive.
A quiet, spacious bungalow, with simple decoration, neat, all comfort. With its small private terrace facing the ocean.
A communal kitchen in the garden makes it possible to make breakfast. Frigo with paid drinks available.

A dream location:
… 10 minutes by scooter from General Luna (a scooter is almost mandatory on this island), restaurants, activities. Lee offers the rental of a scooter.
… by the ocean for swimming at high tide, lazing around and taking a long walk on the beach.
Five days at Lee's and the wish to return one day.

The place is awesome but my friends' vacay got ruined when they got robbed at night, on march 18, 2018. Cash and cell phone were taken while they were asleep.

I stay 4 nights there nice cottages helpfull owner if you like nature and nice place it s the place to go.

A perfect place to enjoy and relax your holidays. Not far from General Luna, so if you want avoid tourism this is the place.
The owner is friendly and I love his 4 dogs!

A place we called home far away from home but just in paradise! I can highly recommend Lee's and Kaisa's place! its beautiful, clean, chilled out, with an amazing beach right in front of the house and cold beers! we spent 10 days there with our 3 year old and we were really sad that we had to go! Kaisa and Lee were very helpful with insider tipps for, surfing spots, food, things to do and everything about the island. Im sure at some point we will come back again.
