I stay balay paragua for 2 nights and I really need to thank all the staff of this hotel for the excellent service. I really enjoy my visit. It was more than awesome.

Hotel was okay after I got into the room that I had reserved and paid in full for. Aircon was cold when the power was on, fan worked well. Shower over the toilet in both rooms was a little awkward. First room had a bucket to flush the toilet as well. Tiny room was given because I checked in late. Was not even the correct size room though it was PIF in advance. Double bed and balcony booked was not available, and single bed with ground floor at a different location was given. Replacement for tour that was advertised as five stops ended short due to raining entire boat trip, but nothing offered in concession to that. Was promised tour discount due to room issues, but when I got there the tour company advised that the tour selected and promised, was not available that day and that the replacement was not discounted, and 1600 piso per person instead of 600 per person as was promised. Lunch was good but a bit wet as was served on the open top of the boat in the rain. Check out time was graciously extended due to late to return time. Staff was amiable in morning and recommended laundry service was reasonable and prompt. Very busy Street outside of hotel was extremely loud all night and of course the roosters were up at 430. Room given was small, but clean and comfortable, with small table and chairs outside of room door.

Rooms far too small for 3 people. Can't open the suitcases once in the room. Unbearable awakening by the roosters from 5am. No breakfasts on site. Cockroaches in the bathroom. The shower is above the toilet…

The facilities are basic, but that's what's in the nest. But the kindness of the people who work there is excellent and one forgets the details and focuses on enjoying the wonderful beaches and islands.

Nice place, with very friendly staff. Very good price, nice location near a vibrant nighttime food market. About 3 minutes walk away from the beach too.

Great place to stay in El Nido, the hosts are most welcoming and help with any needs you have. Helped us get to the airport at 4:30am in the morning by organising our trike.

We stayed there for three nights last week. The room was clean and well-maintained, but do not expect too much for they do not have TV inside the room. The air condition was good. They have a hot and cold shower. Unfortunately, the toilet in our room won't flush properly, we needed to pour a pail of water to flush the toilet. The receptionist was nice and very accommodating. The price of the room was a bit higher than you might expect but the best part our stay was we were given big discounts on the tours and transportation fare to and from Puerto Princesa.

1st time in elnido and we choose balay paragua. Everythings great. Bed, aircon with free coffee, good Wi-Fi cignal. Near at sea side, bars etc. Props to sir weng thanks for assisting us and also to his staff. Highly recommend.

Balay Paragua is homey and comfy place to stay in El Nido. The staff and sir weng were very accomodating and nice. Sir Weng arranged everything for us from transpo from and to the airport, tours in El Nido and also our hotel in PPS. He would also check on us everyday just to make sure we are enjoying our stay. We'll definitely stay in Balay Paragua when I come back to El Nido.

I visited El Nido twice and during those visits, Balay Paragua was my home away from home. From the interior, the rooms and the hospitality of the crew, were all excellent. They would recommend you places to eat and which best tour/s to take. I would definitely recommend Balay Paragua as a place to stay in El Nido.

Excellent service and location, rooms were spacious clean and to a high standard, would definitely stay here again.

My stay here was pleasant. Located close to everything. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice and helpful. Wifi is terrible but it's the same everywhere in El Nido. Just be careful where you are cause part of the floor is made of small rocks and I sprained my ancle. The staff did everything they could to make my stay more comfortable so this helped.

Extremely clean. Location is good too, in the town centre but on a street less noisy.

Nice and friendly hosts. Absolutely basic accommodation but offers everything you need.
