I'm just looking for a room to spend the night before my flight the following day. I just needed the basics like a clean bed, electricity and water. Then I arrived, they had no electricity as there's power outage and their generator is still "for repair". That's okay, I can push through that but when I found out there's no water in the tap? That I can't manage… They tried to move me into other rooms that still had no water… At that point, I had to cancel my reservation and move to another hotel that has water.

Nice quiet place in the garden for good price!

Ok with airport transfer. When I arrange my El nido van transfer with them, it was not properly coordinated. Arrived at El nido at 2 in the morning. Super late. The room stay in is ok but arranging van transfer with them are not that good.

Inuman place sa harap ng Fersal up to one-two-sawa! Galing ng mga local bands lately! Default pulutan is lechon kawali. Palagi nauubusan ng pale pilsen ewan kung bakit. Ang yelo lasang bakal.

A place in Puerto Princesa where you can stay for a very affordable price. The place is nice and the staff are friendly. I like that they have deaf staff.

Lonely place, but peacefull, great for bonding.

I would like to commend the staffs of NC. I forgot their names though however what impressed me were the following: 1. Artistic lobby and cafe — love those work of arts, handcrafted by the local artists, a total visual feast, 2. Customer service — I missed my flight for Manila and they are the nearest hotel/inn adjacent to the airport. The ate assigned in the evening was totally accomodating and cheerful. I felt at home instantly so I decided to spend the night there. However, NC doesn't have any generator set that time. Hope they can get one soon since the island always experiencing rotating brown outs. Total experience with NC — okay! See you soon.

We only stayed here for overnight. Not bad for the price. Php350 per person Aircon room. (Group of 6)
Free airport transfer, Buffet Breakfast (Nothing fancy but good enough), Free Drinking Water. Great for Backpackers.
Only Con when we stayed is the flush is not working so hence it's just 4 stars.

Cosey and adequately priced rooms centrally located to the main road. Ideal for someone who is looking for a basic but comfortable stay. Room was clean. Includes breakfast. Staff are great. Also has a restaurant, scooter rental, lounge area and a spa.

Basic living for travelers.

Malapit sa airport. As in literally! Katabi Lang. We stayed here for 3 nights. Ok naman sana sya budget friendly. May free breakfast kaso puro Hindi available ang choices. Puro danggit Lang breakfast namin for 3 days. Mas ok sana Kung may good selection of foods. Sana maimprove nila.

Natua's cabin is good before but now, power interruptions anytime of the day no back up generator the deluxe room has no chair and table and in the bathroom some of the handle not fix.

Affordable accomodat in the city!

Me and my friend booked for a double bedroom for 3 days and 2 nights when we went to Puerto Princesa, Palawan. When we came there, I was advised that someone will pick us up when we arrive from the airport but I was surprised that nobody from Natua's is trying to confirm if we are still coming or whatsoever that at least they would know. I had to call the number posted on their webpage which however was directed to the nephew of the owner. It seems like she doesn't know that her cellphone number was posted on their website. She texted me the right number to contact. When I did, The personnel from Natua gave me the direction on how can we get to the hotel. I was quite shocked that whoever from Natua's is texting me says that no one will come to pick us up and that it's just right beside the airport and so we can just walk. It's already quite frustrating that time but anyhow, they still sent someone to pick us up. We found out that it is really and literally just right beside the airport. So it was not really that bad on that part because it is really just a brief walk and there we were already. However, the schedule that they have provided us is not very accurate at all. When we first came there, it was already around 4 in the afternoon. We were accompanied to our first room which is very tight in terms of the space considering that there are two people who's going to use the room. Also, even the shower room is too narrow.

Okay for one night stay. The room was clean, but no table toilet in the bathroom. Only Filippino breakfast.

Really tasty Danggit Silog for an affordable price! Do not eat inside the airport!
