A bit far from the market, mall, civilization but there are stores and restaurants nearby so it's not totally "alone". Most of the time, the internet connection is slow. The breakfast (worth 250php for outsiders) will really encourage you to start your day with breakfast. The staff is the best thing in this hotel. They never failed to greet me, from the maintenance people to the managers. I love them!

Clean room and breakfast buffet is great we had a great 5days stay in this hotel.

It was frustrating that the receptionist didn't allow us to have early check-in seeing other guests go to their rooms earlier than their standard time. I don't know if she was aware that I can see other guests going up to their rooms. One thing more, the receptionist told me that the room wasn't ready yet without even looking into their system the exact room assigned to us before responding.

Nice old airport view fr. Their conference hall. Frontage is maxed out to its parking but ambience gets better when one enters the place.

Staff was not as attentive. Power kept going out of my room. Fitness center should not be called a fitness center.

It's not so bad here. Very nice though and quiet. Has hot water and concierge on the spot. It's better to book your excursions here or other nearby travel agencies. I recommend seasons12 which is inside fersal hotel. Staff is very nice and accommodating and hotel also provides complimentary breakfast. The mall is about 5 mins away from the hotel and airport is about ten minutes. Tricycles are in front of the hotel but beware, they upcharge you quite a bit. Refer to fare quide if you can get a hold of one. Grab I believe is available (it's like Uber but you pay with cash) but tricycles are much cheaper to take. Lots of nearby nice restaurants and also a laundromat. Take tricycle everywhere. It's awesome! They also provide free shuttle service to and from the airport. Wi-Fi could be a bit better.

Value for money! Quiet location. Poor in the food department.

Amazing hotel well located in Puerto Princessa, 10 minutes from the airport, near many restaurants and businesses, service at the hotel was more than excellent, Wi-Fi in room, breakfast was good, nothing negative to say, a must try in Puerto Princessa.

Place was dull. Breakfast buffet is 2/10. They say it is open for 6am-10am. We got there around 8am but they now have fewer choices for the food and arrozcaldo is sooo cold already.

Regular hotel. Good internet, hot water, limited TV channels. Free Phillipino breakfast, which isn't to my taste.

Very high standard hotel, near to the international airport, clean room and very nice friendly staff around you all time. Breakfast was great almost look like lunch buffet:) Free Airport shuttle and price is value. 100% to recommend.

One of the best, most reasonably rated, and clean hotels I have seen in Palawan, Philippines. Kind, engaging Staff, quick service, great water supply for bathing and drinking.

Rooms is ok, nothing special. Breakfast was terrible for international guests, not even a egg, just some bread and jam and a kind of cheese . But for local guests they had plenty option. Staff is friendly and nice.

The rooms are clean and the people are accommodating and professional. What I am not impressed on their food. Especially their buffet breakfast.

I came here for the breakfast buffet (I'm not a hotel guest) after seeing the huge banner advertising a buffet breakfast for 175php it included coffee, water, and juice they had rice, garlic rice, pancit noodles, fish, scrambled eggs, bacon, and pork Tocino they also had cereals, and fruits I left with a full tummy, and the feeling I had just got a good bargain.
