This hostel was the best one in the Philippines.
This newly opened guesthouse/hostel has an awesome, warm and welcoming staff that give it a great laid-back vibe! I needed a quick stay coming from El Nido. It's quiet but great for meeting locals, spending time in the market tasting local foods, fruits, etc. And very conveniently located close to the Bus terminal and about a mile from Robinsons Mall. The facilities are new and very clean with comfortable aircon as well. It'll surely become well known soon. The little restaurant serves fantastic foods with a smile and attentive manager Stephanie is happy to help arrange transport/offer advice around Palawan. I would definitely come again the next time I'm in Puerto — Thanks Green Turtle :)

I highly recommend this place <3 People are friendly and very accommodating. For several days, we checked various hotels and houses in Palawan and finally found this one. The place is clean and very affordable! Plus, fastest Wi-Fi I came across. They serve breakfast, however, for other meals you would have to go out. But don't worry since this place is accessible, it is located near the new market and it is convenient to all transportation too since it is close to the bus terminal, not mentioning the restaurants and the laundry shop! They are also offering tour packages so if your planning to visit Puerto Princesa, look no further, go to Green Turtle Backpackers Guesthouse!
